iT 2 Fix - Computer repair service in Miami - 4217 SW 75th Ave, USA

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered brought my computer in with a cracked screen still working still able to operate. Was given an estimate of $240 when I said I’m going to pick up the computer my computer will not close right and the screen will not turn on. I am the owner of a small business and use my computer. Their responses your computer was cracked so there’s nothing I can do for another 5 to 7 business days. The gentleman told me to leave the store and call the cops.

I just went to this store with my celular and they are going to fix it and the price they quoted me is very reasonable. The customer service from the employee that care of me was great. I'm a 78 years old lady and he was very patience with me and he is very knowledgeable about the product. He explain to me few thinks that I didn't know about my phone and how can I take care of it. I highly recommend this place. Magaly García

Been working with these guys for a while now, everything I bring to them they'll try to get it fix in all ways possible. Many times I get amazed by the things they can repair for me which is usually my own clients devices.

Not a place I would recommend bad experience both items I took they could not repair again like one of the review it like your in Cuba :(

La peor experiencia que puedes tener. Es como estar en cuba llevar un tv o equipo ahí. Es puro invento y mentiras, te dicen que están esperando la pieza y lo que están tratando es de reparar la tuya, se mantienen con puros engaños hasta que te das por vencido y pides tu equipo y dinero para atrás. Después para que te devuelvan el dinero, sino estas pendiente te lo estafan, a mi el dinero paso más de 72 horas y nunca entro a mi tarjeta y después que los llamé me decían que esperara y hasta que no fui ahí en persona me dijeron que había habido un error y que no se había hecho el reembolso que lo iban hacer de nuevo ,pura estafa. Tuve más de 20 días mi tv con ellos y después como 15 para recibir mi dinero. Les recomiendo que no vayan ni de visita. The worst experience you can have. It is like being in Cuba carrying a TV or equipment there. It is pure invention and lies, they tell you that they are waiting for the piece and what they are trying to do is repair yours, they continue with pure deceit until you give up and ask for your equipment and money back. Later so that they return the money to you, if you are not pending they cheat you, to me the money spent more than 72 hours and never entered my card and after I called them they told me to wait and until I went there in person they told me that there had been a mistake and the refund had not been made, they were going to do it again, pure scam. I had more than 20 days my tv with them and then like 15 to receive my money. I recommend that you do not even visit.
