I had a bad experience working with another major IT company in Miami for my new pediatric dental office. I decided to go with ISR because I felt confident in their knowledge, transparency, and dedication to excellence! Bogdan & Jason were communicative, honest, and did an amazing job uninstalling ALL my current hardware and reinstalling NEW, state-of-the-art computers/tv monitors/firewall/audio system. I had so many issues with my previous company, and have had NO issues with ISR. I can highly recommend them !
