Everything I have heard about this place is that it is a nightmare. If you are looking to work here trust me, get a remote BDR job anywhere else.
Let me give an honest and fair review for ISPN. I’ll start with the positives. ISPN is really good with their training. Cameron is awesome and thorough during your time when you train. I also found Carlos in quality control to be my go to guy for questions. Both of them are what you’d want in a leader and a manager. They are somewhat flexible on scheduling. Probable better than most. Now for the cons. And they far outweigh the pros. First is the pay. The pay is terrible for what you do and what you have to put up with. You lose motivation very quickly. The insurance that they offer pretty much takes 1/4 of your paycheck. Secondly, the quality control team (excluding Carlos) seems to always find your worst calls and rip you apart for them and bring down your score. They never seem to find any good calls and then compliment you for the good ones. They tell you it’s random but I’m not the only one that feels this way.
I would only recommend this company as a last resort. Get some experience and get out.
The first job I've ever had where I haven't felt like I didn't belong. for computer/networking geeks, this is an ideal job; You'll likely learn something new on the topic every day. Haven't had any problems with coworkers, and all supervisors/managers are genuinely good people. who are fun to work with and will help with and answer any questions you might have. That, and the constant giveaways to employees (gift cards, outdated servers/PC peripherals, movie/event tickets, while also providing free healthy snacks for all that work their, I really can't come up with any negative part of this job.
Worst supervisors and terrible quality control team, they never actually read tickets thoroughly and do pointless troubleshooting from not reading the tickets and they show favoritism amongst staff, the training is the best part of the job and the best people you’ll work with
I took a family member to work this. He helps people with computer problem over the phone. He has been working there for over 10 years now. Just last week they were training some new people there. All the staff there are friendly.
I have learned so much on a daily basis and sups are always willing to teach or show you new things.
Great atmosphere, great people, good stable job with great benefits.
