Good place to grab a quick bite to eat. I was in and out in about 25 minutes during lunch. Ordered a double stack burger, fries, and a coke. The burger was good, looked just like the photos, although a bit salty. The fries came out hot and fresh, but either not salted or too lightly salted for my tastes. Easy enough to fix with the salt in the table.

I used to love Islands. Especially their fries. I ordered a bleanami and fries for my wife, came in store to pickup. Waited for them to finish making it. As soon as i got in my car, i tried some fries. They were barely warm. Got home and my wife was disappointed at the sparsity of toppings on the burger. See photo. Very disappointed.

When in for lunch hubby had the tuna melt, and I had the China Coast salad. Everything was excellent very good but what was exceptional was a girl named Tiffany, running all over taking orders bussing tables I mean this girl should have had roller skates on she was just everywhere, in a good way. And the glass in the back is Gin and it is a healthy glass full

Wonderful service for dinner today! They brew their own root beer, so the Root Beer Float is a must for me and my dad. The Kaanapali Kobb is our go to for something light but we usually get burgers (carnivore for my dad and veggie patty for me).

False advertising. This place is not an island. I was hoping to splash splash around with my hamburger in hand. But sadly, there was no island to be found. I had to eat my burger like a commoner. On landlocked land. I hope they install an island soon. The cool calm island breeze sweeping over my beefy burger. Boy oh boy. Please install an island as soon as you can. I found them on sale at the Home Depot. Kk bye.

I hadn't enjoyed my first time here (The service wasn't great and my truffle fries were clearly old), but I recently tried again with a friend of mine. But like the first time my burger was top notch, but this time I actually had better service! And that is the end of the positives. The fries here are just awful, completely unpalatable, they have a burnt taste, but they're clearly not burnt. I like me some soft fries, so these hard ones just wont do. My "Sprite" tasted more like my friend's cherry coke, and my friend said their drink didn't have any cherry taste to it. And the theme of the restaurant just feels tacky. Honestly I could overlook everything if the fries just weren't garbage! Seriously, I try to make sure I don't waste anything but I was not touching that basket of stale calories. I can't believe I had to pay to experience something so awful

The food is always delicious! I had the chicken sandwich and added fried red onions. So good! The service wasn't great, but I don't blame our server. He was busting his butt. Those guys are never fully staffed!
