In a general sense I love islands. I've been going to islands for years and I always enjoy the food. I've even been to this specific location previous times and had a great experience. This time was not the case. For starters the food overall was really good. I stuck with my usual and got the Toucan sandwich. The service on this visit was below standard. Our server never refilled my water, didn't bring us our food, and essentially provided no value to our experience. Thankfully I've had other good experiences so this won't discourage me from coming back

I ordered the soft tacos 🌮 At $5 a taco (14.99 for the 3 taco plate)not impressed. Very skimpy on the ingredients. The bar tender was great but the cook was lazy with my tacos.the onion rings, burgers are great and the bar is cool for sports on the big TV above the bar.

Don't know why the Kona pie slice was so small. Been a while since I came to Islands, but it used to be HUGE by comparison. The service was mixed. Food was hot and quick to come out, but seemed to take longer than I expected to refill drinks, pick up our finished plates , and order desert. Everything tasted delicious, and the hostess was very friendly and with it. There was not a wait to be seated.

Burgers were great today, and I loved the tortilla soup (not expecting it to be extra cheesy) although the flavor was great I feel they left our soup sitting waiting for the main dish . I would have preferred to have the soup while we waited. Overall good experience, no wait time to be seated.

FOOD: Always the best burgers and the fries are to die for.... especially, in my humble opinion, if you order them CRISPY! SERVICE: Their servers are always on the move and pretty attentive! ATMOSPHERE: Gets kind of loud when the sports fans at the bar get a little too much to drink and start yelling and cheering at the televised games when you're just trying to enjoy a simple meal.... But, I still keep going back because ISLANDS is just that good!!!!!

Very noisy place. Also expensive. I had the Maui burger for $16.35 and no way was it a 16 dollar burger! There’s a place in the same parking lot and one across the street that have much better burgers at less cost. Never did get offered a refill on my drink. The fries were decent though.

We had a wonderful lunch there with the lovely Kaitlin!!! Great service wonderful food good company. We love islands.❤️

The bartender was outstanding. The happy hour prices are great with delicious appetizers and drinks. They would have received 5 stars if the greeters were slightly cheerful.
