Was told the fries were good here. That was so right! Loved that all our food arrived to the table hot - including the basket of fries. Service was very efficient with server visiting at least twice after food arrived. Having dropped in on a Saturday night the wait wasn’t too long despite there being at least 5 parties ahead of us. My only minor complaint was the breaded chicken was a bit over cooked resulting in a dryer chicken sandwich, but other burgers were accurate in terms of doneness. Super impressed and would return in the future. Oh one other note - the straws smell and seemed to have made my drink taste different- anyone experience this too??

Haven't been here in years. Menu has changed slightly and I was disappointed to learn they don't have the slaw anymore. It was definitely one of the best things they offered. Also a bummer that a healthier option to the fries that come with the burger is extra. Burger was still excellent and my friend's wrap looked delicious. I loved this place as a kid and have fond memories, but I probably won't be back.

Comfy huge booth, perfect for us large family! We had a 2 year old and an infant plus 6 adults. Service was the best!! Good food, fries not good, I’d pass on those.

Food at Island is always tasty. I could use a higher barrier between me and the next table. It also was a bit chilly in the restaurant. Plenty of fries I couldn't even eat them all (I had already eaten quite a few before I took my pic).

What can I say, this place sucks. The wait to order was 10 mins, the wait for the food was 45 mins and that's with us speaking to the manager and they rushed it. I can say the waiter and manager attitudes were both excellent, it's just the overall experience was terrible. Had hungry kids that day there for an 1 hour without food. They ran out of regular buns also???? We had to get wheat which was bad. Something is off with that bun. Look at my guac or if you can even see any. You pay $2.25 for guacamole access you get 1 teaspoon!? The waiter did get me more. Like I said, the service was good. But overall is just terrible. Avoid this place.

I didn't catch the server's name, but she had light hair and she was really nice! Seriously, shoutout to her, she was wonderful. We gave her half of a pumpkin donut, hope she enjoyed it. The food was delicious and I recommend the Malibu burger, it was amazing Great experience overall :D

I have been trying to order pick-up food here for years. Maybe 4 or 5 times now. The service is fast. But it's always a mess! Missing ingredients and cold! The tortillas on the fish tacos were so crumbled just trying to pick them up! I always tell myself no more! I keep thinking surely they have changed!? They never. Don't order food to go. If you eat inside it is usually good. Or, at least itcanbe fixed easier!

It was amazing dining experience with family. Very knowledgeable staff with helpful nature. They have maintained Burger mastery since more than 40 years. Simply superb....
