Our house this year at 7 Junket was the best yet! Every bedroom has comfortable beds and soft linens as well as their own full bathroom. The outdoor area was amazing with a cross breeze and very close proximity to the beach. We were in the infinity pool every day and the theatre room almost every night. The kitchen has everything you could need with so much space, we even used the office as our puzzle room. Amazing space, location and Island Time always provides great service.
Our family loved our stay on Dune Lane! Everyone at Island Time was so friendly and right there if we needed anything. The house was perfect for our family and we loved the beach, pool and hot tub!!
One of the best vacation company’s I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Our first experience was a rental in Hilton Head, 2023. The staff provides VIP personal experience and available any time to help if needed. The property was gorgeous and exclusive. We will utilize their services moving forward.
Our family of 19 had a wonderful time staying at 9 Guscio Way! The house was huge and clean, the location on the beach was perfect, and the pool was beautiful. We loved that Andrew stopped in with bags of ice to welcome us and answer any questions we had. This trip was perfect in every way! Thank you!
Great house and location! Pictures are exactly what you are getting. It is extremely nice and right on the beach. I would recommend anyone booking this house for a large group. It hosted our 4 families perfectly. Overall fantastic, but I will list a few small “Karen” complaints I heard amongst the group. *Small complaints* One issue was that the house does not supply enough hot water for showers for everyone. With the house being able to host so many people you would think the hot water would last longer than a couple showers in one day. So a lot of people ended up with colder than normal showers every day. Also the path to the beach is an issue. Multiple large wooden boards are cracked and you will fall through them if you don’t pay attention to where you are waking. I think it is because it is the “public access”. So the home owners may not be responsible even though it is practically attached to the backyard. So you will have some random ppl walking what feels like your backyard at times. They have some small bushes to separate but they really need to be bigger or put up a fence for a little more privacy.
Pam and her team at Island Time ensured that our week long stay was relaxing. They checked in via text each day to make sure our stay was going well. We were informed of any maintenance taking place in advance. The concierge credit offered for renting through Island Time was an extra bonus as we used the credit towards bikes, beach chairs and an umbrella. We have been traveling to Hilton Head for close to 20 years and have never experienced customer service to this level! We look forward to our next vacation with Island Time.
It was a wonderful stay for me and my family. We loved being pretty close to the beach. The private pool was amazing. The house was big enough for 8 people comfortably. Mostly everything was clean except the dishwasher and washing machine. They were filthy and we had to clean them ourselves before we could use them. The dishwasher filter hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. It was disgusting. Also the shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom has mold on it. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. The pool area is private and shady. It was our favorite place to spend our time. Most of the pans available in the house are very worn and have lost their nonstick surfaces so plan bring your own skillet if you plan to cook. Parking is adequate for a few vehicles. We enjoyed the ping pong table and gaming TV in the garage. We had a very nice time!
The property is well maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the open layout was great for relaxing after a day at the beach. The pool was always clean and ready to use. It’s a great location for Folly Field Beach and Shelter Cove. The property listed the second bedroom as having two queen beds; however, one bed was a double. It worked for us as we only needed space for a child. It would have been tight for three couples. I would definitely stay again.
