It's a great place to take your kids to play on the playground. Or they have shelter areas for picnics or parties. And it's close to the river, so you can go swimming in the summer time. And it has a track you can walk on.
Completely renovated playground and probably the best in the area. Especially with the new splash pad too. My kids love it, nice job Ronceverte!

Very pretty area. Was there for a childs birthday party. Lots of kayaking in the river. People floating and swimming.
Wonderful place for the kids and adults to enjoy. The park also hosts numerous events.
This is a nice park, but needs a lot of repairs! I'm sure the vandalism makes it difficult to upkeep. Overall my children really enjoy playing here.
There's always children laughing. It's a great place to swim. I love it so much, I got married here.
The island park has several sheltered picnic areas that are clean and well kept as is the park overall. There's also a nice playground and walking track as well. They also have clean public restrooms. Being right beside the Greenbrier River this is a nice little place to have a cookout, family get together or just to let the kiddos enjoy a nice day on the playground.
