Island Breeze Inn - Motel in Venice - 340 S Tamiami Trail, USA

If you’re looking for cheap you could do worse. The biggest problem was the room smelled like a dirty ash tray. Some interesting folks walking around but, never any noise issues. SUV in parking lot leaking fuel, horrible odor. They do seem to be working to improve the place with a coat of paint.

Motel looks pretty unassuming from outside. I thought we were gonna have to leave, but the inside was actually pretty clean. The water wasn’t very hot, so that sucked after a cold rainy day. But I figure that’s pretty common in FL with the consistent heat. it was very cheap, and close to a lot.

This place is a treasure ... a small boutique motel with authentic Olde Florida charm complete with mid century 50's architectural touches including the original wood ceiling & fan, and amenities expected of a place of its nature and time. The location was super convenient with Venice Beach 5 minutes away. The people working there were helpful & accommodating. The engaging Gen Z-er in the office (better at the iphone than I am!) even fixed my phone, saving me the time and expense at the Apple Store :-) I'll most definitely plan on staying here again. Thankyou!

TV was sooo small n too high up, charge of $10 for any visitor, $20 for my bf to stay over, felt like 1 of those hourly motels grew up hearing about on TV. In the morning, I just felt anger idk why, so I checked out 3hrs early

Room was horrible towels were dirty The Sink's stopper didn't open people right outside room smoking and being loud room has a funky smell place needs closed ice bucket had something in it and plastic cup were all wet park lot is a joke DO NOT STAY HERE very unhappy leaving next day finding something better

Sweet little gem. This motel could be a 10/10 stay. Owners need to hire repairs and up dates out, cleaning and use a laundry service. Has pool. Quiet stay.

Probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in a while. The location is great, surrounded by food and the beach is only about 5 minutes down the road. The staff is extremely nice. I couldn't tell you how many hotels we have stayed at where people behind the front desk couldn't care less about if you're comfortable. These people are not like that. The rooms may be considered small if you plan to just stay inside all day but there is so many other things to do around there. The AC always feels beautiful after a long day walking and swimming. The pool there was heated so it felt amazing. Long story short, this is a very nice, beautiful and clean motel.

Check in was friendly and quick, he even got us in about an hour early. The room smelled old initially, but we got used to it. All appliances (TV, microwave, fridge) worked. The bathroom was very small and the sink was cracked, but it never posed a problem to us. We walked over to the pool and saw what appeared to be homeless guests around there, so we never used the pool, but we didn't mind. We enjoyed our stay here and for the price, we will definitely stay again!
