When we first moved to the area, I tried out a lot of different fitness locations and none of them felt right. That was until I started attending preview classes with ISI Elite Training. Every single person was so encouraging and welcoming. The coaches are incredibly motivating while helping me reach new goals and surpassing milestones. The classes are challenging but there’s nothing like that feeling of accomplishment and having people around you cheering you on every step of the way. I never thought I would find another fitness community that felt like home but ISI is definitely where I belong.

The ISI Wake Forest crew offered, hands down, The best workout environment I've had in a long time! The 5 am session was the perfect start to my day!! The coaches make it a point to learn your name and really encourage you to push yourself! The other people in the sessions are amazing to work with and it really feels like you're in the trenches together. My work schedule made attendance a challenge sometimes and I ultimately ended up moving too far to commute so I had to stop coming, however; I would join again if one came to my area. If you are in WF and thinking about trying them out Go For It! The workouts are different everyday so you're not getting bored and doing the same routines, each coach has different musical tastes that always sets the mood, the facilities are spotless, the staff is personable and friendly, and they have after session meet up events that really help foster their tight-knit and welcoming community. If I'm being picky, the only drawback was they have no showers on site. To be fair, I am pretty sure I was in the minority of people having to rush to work right from the sessions, and showers probably weren't in high demand.

I knew I wasn't getting the exercise I needed. I wanted to join a gym to gain some strength and endurance, but I also knew that as a novice to working out I would need guidance on my form. The workouts I've been getting at ISI have been exactly what I needed. The exercise movements change each time you come in which makes the work out fun and engaging each time you go-it's never stale. The coaches are very friendly and attentive to your goals even in a group setting. The other people I've gotten a chance to speak with that come regularly are all very nice and encouraging as well. They have periodic clinics about diet, and form which have been very helpful. They have group meet ups to get a chance to hang out and get to know the people you work alongside of each day too. I'm about two months in and I feel stronger, less tired, and have better overall mobility. Having a fun place to go, grow, and be social has been so much fun for me. I knew that I needed to maintain my physical health, but I didn't expect to have such a good time doing it. Very thankful for ISI!

As one of the coaches at ISI, I can honestly say this has been an amazing team to work with, and our members make our fitness community truly one of a kind! The workouts are made for everyone - novice to well-seasoned athletes. Coaches make the experience personal with close attention to proper form and technique, lots of positive encouragement, and support for each individual’s goals. The coaches know each person by name, and all of the members are so supportive of each other and welcoming to new members. A one-of-a-kind place to work out and tap into your inner athlete!

This staff is amazing as well as the attendees. Truthfully this is what helps to continue to motivate me to return each week! Let’s face it, working out can be tough mentally as well as physically. Making a decision to go work out on some days is a battle and thanks to ISI Elite Training, my decision is yes!!

I’ve been a member since they opened and it’s been the best decision ever! The coaches and staff are the best and the community is more supportive than other gyms I’ve been to. Plus I’ve lost weight and feel amazing 🤩 They offer a free trial too!

Favorite part of my day. All group classes, all the time. Every day. They know your name - if you don't show up for three days, first they’ll ask after you… then they’ll call you. 😂 Great variety of ages, ethnicities, personalities, and levels of athletic experience. Gym rat? There’s one or two. You’ll be challenged. Every workout has variations. Recovering couch potato? We are legion. 😂 You’ll be pushed - but not beyond where you’re at currently. They accommodate aching joints, shoulder, knees, and hip flexors. Just let the coach know. The coaching crew is encouraging , funny, and full of personality. The staff is like family. Come make friends with your future self. I think you’ll like who you’re becoming.
