A nice facility, but there is limited seating in the practice ice rink and it's pretty cold.
The owner is very kind and allows the community to do laps for exercise around his hockey arena. I really appreciate this on rainy days, and throughout the winter when it's too cold to get as much exercise outdoors as I would like. It is cool (around 50 I'd guess), so bring a sweater. Meanwhile, I was able to go to a wedding reception on the premises a few months ago and I can vouch for the excellent facilities in that way too. I think we had about 200 and were very comfortable. The event center is an excellent asset to our community.
The hockey rink itself is very nice with a walking track on the upper level surrounding the rink. The seating is very nice. The ice skating rink is poor for hockey games with inadequate seating..ended up standing for the game.
The kids played in the Chevy Arena (they have two) and it was nice and clean and it was sweatshirt weather in there, very comfortable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the bleachers in there are minimal, short, and only on one side. With 4 teams of mites in there playing with their cheering sections, it was pretty crowded and visibility wasn't the greatest.
Annual Earth Day Event. Many displays by crafters & informational booths relating to our planet. Activity area for children; two good vendors & several musicians performed. Huge facility & restrooms were very nicely constructed. This was a one day event. The Center has been built to facilitate many types of events. Beautifully constructed.
A great new addition to the Iron Range. Attentive staff, well done and high tech facility.

Has the best Vietnamese dishes you'll find on the Range. The food is always very good, and the inside is nice. Call to order ahead of time and your food is usually ready in 15 minutes. It can be a bit busy at times, but that's a good thing in my eye

We had no hot water and rented a jacuzzi suite but couldn't even use it. We called to the front desk and they said it was because too many people were taking a shower. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel that has run out of hot water. They did give us $30
