Very well maintained rv park. My site 22 had grass on end of Palisade. Nice level pad, freshly mowed grass which my dog loved. Some sites are all gravel/rocks with no grass, be nice to see grass in every space at some point. Ladies in the office very nice and helpful.
Very clean rv park. The location calls for a pool that won’t get overwhelmed by two kids with floaties on…the “pool” appears to be either an old hot tub/ plunge situation. It is definitely not a pool. A true pool would be a huge feature for this place considering how hot it gets there. The park itself is clean and not run down. It’s ok for a pit stop on your way to somewhere else.
Easy to get to off and back on I-80.
Big rig friendly depending on where your site is. Side by side pull thrus with hook ups in between.
We had an end Site with large trees for shade and plenty of grass for our pups.

We liked this quiet campground in NV. Lots of shade trees, a good amount of grass and sites with a good amount of room, including picnic tables. Beautiful Great Room, nice rec room. Laundry room was HUGE and bathrooms/showers were nice. Everything was clean. Small children’s play area. Lots of cottages that looked very nice.
Let’s be honest – the “Spa” heated outdoor pool is laughable – see picture. Yes, it’s Nevada, and yes, water is precious, but please, don’t advertise an outdoor heated “pool”, when it’s really the size of a bathtub filled with water.
Beautiful dog park with lush grass – but nowhere to sit for doggie parents!! There is a pretty gazebo outside the dog park – but again, there’s no place to sit in the gazebo, no built-in benches or anything, so you can’t enjoy it. WIFI was INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. It kicked us off constantly, and when it was on, it was extremely slow. I couldn’t plan the next stop of our trip online until after 11 pm, when the WIFI use by other campers had decreased.
Recommended as a nice, clean place to stay as you are traveling.
Rude, rude, rude. Stopped in last night and the front office middle aged brunette woman wouldn't even look up from her computer to address me. Sorry your job is so difficult but a little friendliness is expected in this environment. I can't speak to the facilities because they were 'full'. When asked if she had any recommendations, her brisk response of 'not in this town' said it all. Try harder.
This is an extremely nice park but site was very un-level (#25) to the point that my front tires were firmly on the ground while my back tires had to be up in the air.
Other than that, it’s a great place!
We stopped in here for an overnight stay. What a nice place. Friendly staff, well maintained property. The turn in to the park isn't marked well. Would definitely stay here again.
Very dissapointed! They advertise a Jacuzzi. I drove a long way today and have another long drive tomorrow, so I looked for an RV park that had a hot tub / Jacuzzi. Ironhorse advertises that they have a Jacuzzi. When I checked in today, they told me it's closed. No explanation or excuse. Just closed.
That's unacceptable. Misleading advertising.
