Iron-Bound Gym - Gym in Williamsburg - 4325 New Town Ave, USA

This is the gym that you want! No gimmicks, no distractions, no games like the big chains. There is a great sense of community here. The staff and owner, Scott seem to know everyone by name and greet you when you come in. The trainers are the best in the area by far. My wife ayi both train with Matt. We highly recommend him. He makes the work out fun but challenging. Absolutely worth the investment! All the trainers seem to be on point though. If you're serious about your goals and equally want to feel comfortable, supported and accepted, check this place out.

I LOVE this gym! When I first moved to Williamsburg I thought Iron-bound Gym was just another gym. Boy was I wrong! IBG is a community. The staff, trainers and patrons are wonderful people. Scott is constantly improving the gym with new equipment, new classes, and recently a new floor. There are also outside events that gym members are invited to participate in as a team or attend as a group cheering on the local W&M teams. I've been to several gyms in multiple states, and nothing compares to the welcoming, motivating ambience at IBG.

Hands down the best gym in Williamsburg. It's been a long time since I have worked out at a gym where everyone from the staff to the members are so friendly, warm, and welcoming. On top of that , the gym is very well maintained and equipped. They have high quality machines for each body part. They also have a smoothie bar and cold brew coffee available. Plenty of parking available too.

Great gym. Lots of new high quality machines, but some old gems as well. Good assortment of bars, cable attachments, extra belts, etc. $10 day pass. Would highly recommend to anyone in/passing through the Williamsburg area!

Used this gym for about a year and had a great experience. They have pretty much any equipment you would want and the staff were always helpful. Also even during peak hours it never got overly crowded, would recommend to anyone in the area.

One of the best gyms I have ever had the opportunity and pleasure of being a member of. The equipment is great. The staff is amazing. The culture and atmosphere is unmatched. Being a member at Iron Bound feels like joining a new family. Cannot recommend enough.

Great gym! Friendly staff and a well maintained facility. Even has an app, mobile check in, group classes, and a snack bar. All for a reasonable price!

Great gym, with a friendly staff and clientele. Plenty of cardio and weight equipment as well as classrooms and a spin room. From beginners to behemoths, you should be able to find everything you need here, and staff will help out if you have questions. Happy to be a member!
