1st Timer. Dinner was great! Waitress Shayla service was FANTASTIC! Spent $34.17. Ordered: -12 oz Rib Eye included soup+crackers, denied the bread, & Hashbrown -Handbreaded & Fries

My boo, daughter and pup went on a surprise road trip to Mayville and Crookston. We ate a delicious breakfast in Mayville. Lots of men at breakky. The server was very friendly, with nice big hair, but somewhat forgetful. Oh well! Overall vibe was great.

My family of 8 recently went to this restaurant and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The menu had something for everyone. The restaurant was clean and cozy. The food was good. The best experience over all was the waitress. She interacted with our kids so well. She was so sweet and ensured we were taken care of as a family. I would def recommend this place to others.

I ordered a walleye dinner. I was greatly disappointed. The walleye was deep fried...but to my disappointment it was not the nice flaky breading. I also ordered a side dish of Cole slaw! It was TERRIBLE! The dressing on it was HOT to taste! What a disappointment meal for the walleye special on a Friday night to cost $24!!!

Very welcoming. Excellent food. My wife and J have visited a number of times and have been exceptionally pleased with each, different, course meals we've ordered. I recommend the BBQ ribs.... as I walked into "The Shanty" sweet shafts of smoke tickled my taste buds and led me straight for the BBQ. The Owner, Andy, even came over to our table checking on our experience. The waitstaff were very warm and enjoyable.

We stopped in and seated ourselves. We were the only customers in the dining room. Who we suspect was the waitress, sat on a step talking on her phone. We waited for over five minutes without being acknowledged, so we left. Never had such a bad experience here. Hopefully, the waitress will be more attentive after her phone call.

Must have been bought out because the new menu is missing my favorite items. Made the 90 mile round trip for the bacon, liver, and onions they did so well and then ended up leaving without ordering. Ended up at Hongs chinese buffet on the north side.

Walked in right when the dining room opened so it took a few minutes to get waited on but thats understandable ...my family enjoyed the cheese curds than dived into some great burgers ..my patty melt was awesome and the onion rings were excellent...will return again
