The atmosphere was not suitable to our style but we gave it a try anyway. Ordered a LIT and it tasted like straight up coke. We told the bartender and she tried to add a little liquor on top 😂😂. What an experience on this particular day as I had to go to a third location after this one to try to enjoy my evening. First La Vecina disappointed us and now Irish Rover.
Great place to grab a drink or to go for happy hour with friends and great prices. Bartenders are really friendly & They hace Pub Quiz Thursday @ 7:30 pm. We will always be back!
You'll get tipsy before you know it. This bar gives you way more compare to others. You'll be lit for money you haven't even spend. They give drinks like no tomorrow.
Just went there once…but I noticed you have some options and fun things to do… you can play dart 🎯 watch sports on a large screen 📺, hang by the bar or seat at the table with friends.
deb daytime bartender when I usually go until 7 is the best. So nice and welcoming so happy I found this spot. Super affordable much better than sissy mgnuies that tries charge Times Square prices.
Great people, cold beer, and fun times
My brother and I used to go there a lot. It was the funnest place. If we visit, that will be our first stop!
This place was truly a hidden gem that we came across on our trip to Astoria. It’s a proper no frills Irish pub serving amazing pints of Guinness. The bartenders were some of the most friendly people I’ve come across. Great conversation with them, and I’ll definitely stop by everytime I’m back in Astoria.

The only real saloon on Queens Boulevard. One of the best pints of Guinness outside of Ireland. Kieran, Niall and Leo are great bartenders. They treat you like you are in their living room. I hardly ever go to Queens Blvd without calling in
