Fantastic place! Just returned back from 5 night family holiday at Iris hotel Boston. We were excited about staying at a newly opened hotel where everything was so immaculate and slick. We had a family unit with a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, very spacious and lots of storage for clothes. The rooms were spotlessly clean. In addition to all of the hotel's posh features, we love the location near Coolidge Corner and T stop. The staff work incredibly hard and are lovely and welcoming. The hotel restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Lots of choice and excellent service. The food was fresh and amazing, especially avocado toast, pancakes and coffee were second to none. It has a lovely, relaxed feel about it.
So, it was a great holiday. I would love to come back when in Boston.
We had a 6 night stay at the beautiful Iris Hotel. We came for medical purposes, and were fortunate enough to discover the newly opened Iris. Our stay was incredible. The staff made a difficult trip so much more enjoyable. They provided suggestions of places we could explore, helped with Uber service, tolerated our many requests and truly wanted to make us comfortable and happy. We had a lovely suite with a view of Boston, the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on, cozy, comfy robes, an exquisite shower, and it was obvious that attention had been paid to every detail. They have a gorgeous dining room, and the chef was very attentive to our needs and tastes. If it were possible to give ten stars we would do so. The staff truly cares about their guests. We highly recommend the Iris and will be returning soon.
We were very fortunate to stay here when the Crowdstrike Outage grounded our flight back to California. The hotel was just opening up and finalizing renovation work, but the quality of our stay was absolutely excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, and went out of their way to get all seven of us squared away safe and sound for a few unplanned nights. Everything in our rooms was high-quality and new, with a high end coffee maker, rain showers, a real refrigerator and separate freezer, great lighting, lots of power, large tv, and cozy beds. The location is fantastic, right in Brookline with lots of walkable restaurants and shopping, and the green line T is a three minute walk from here. Finally, just want to say again how amazing the staff are for making this surprise stay so wonderful. Can't recommend staying here enough and we will return for sure!
I'll go there again because such a service I never had anywhere else
The Samuel Sewall Inn is open! I found my way to rent a room for a month. It has only been one day and I am totally in love with the owners, the property manager, the room and the installations. It's sort of an old mansion with much personality and b
The Turkish dumplings were delicious! The dumplings alone taste great. The sauce and the oil give the dumplings a tangy taste which brings the entree together. The customer service was welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend!
