POWERFUL! POWERFUL! POWERFUL! This iconic piece of Dr. King Americana is on display at the Crispus Attucks Museum! All Americas throughout the country should take time to visit this amazing museum located in the heart of Indianapolis!
Top 5 museum experience I’ve had so far. The museum is very descriptive and you will learn something new I promise you. I came from Omaha Nebraska and anticipated checking the place out for four months. My wait was well worth it! Love all the exhibits! Support your black museums
I visited the museum yesterday. The curator was awesome!!!! He is very knowledgeable and informative. Awesome exhibits and a wonderful atmosphere. I do plan to go back solely to learn more from the curator.
Was able to visit the museum today with some of our teens from church. Had an amazing time. Was not aware such great history was in our backyard. Mr. Chester was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I recommend everyone come out and see what this museum has to offer.
Enlightening and bought a perspective to our students that they really need to have. With such a great resource here in Indianapolis, I recommend all schools and all ages to go and experience the information that is necessary for our future leaders to be properly educated to be successful now, and for the near future. The instructor was phenomenal!! I plan to personally take my children to spend quite some time there soaking up as much as possible.
I originally knew of Crispus Attucks because of the athletics program, but the museum contains much more. The curator offers tours by appointment and does a wonderful job of tying together multiple areas of history and culture.
A small yet powerful museum that started the history of my people from the Pyramids. The receptionist was very polite and professional. The Museum provided us with a lot of information especially as a visual supplement to what we read.
