Shopper beware, the work done here is lazy, rushed, and you may end up with more damage than you came with. I have photos.
My daughter took her iPad to be repaired at this location. She was charged $127. After the “repair” was complete, she noticed at the back camera was not working which was not an issue before dropping off at this location. She was told to bring the iPad back and it would be repaired the next day. The next day came and it wasn’t until arriving to pick up the iPad she was notified the part needed to fix the iPad wasn’t available. She asked for a refund, mainly because she was only visiting Tennessee and would be returning to Texas the same day. The refund request was denied because this location offered to fix the broken camera and ship the iPad to Texas where we live. I have received the iPad and I am utterly disappointed with the repairs and service. The iPad came in the mail with fingerprints in the inside of the screen and cracks(I’m assuming not completely repaired from the first visit). The camera quality is also piss poor and not what is was originally. The owner should have issued a refund because they damaged the iPad but arguably refused. Now I am tasked with paying twice to get this iPad repaired which I knew would happen. Business owners if you make a mistake a refund is the best option. You did not provide the best quality service and I would have much rather paid someone else to fix your mistakes than pay you to send a damaged IPad 700 miles away without the option to return to you to yet again fix your errors.
Love this place!! 10/10 recommend. They were quick and easy to speak to. My phone call was returned back quickly! Price is GREAT & very reasonable! Get your phone fixed here!💯

I am an elderly lady who has limited computer knowledge so I was stressed and upset that I was having problems with my laptop and iPhone. I spoke with Brett and he was nice, polite, patient and very knowledgeable. He solved all my issues and was kind and understanding while helping me. My experience was positive and I recommend this business. May God bless young men like Brett.
We went in today for help setting up new replacement phone. I must say Jake was just SUPER. He was so kind. We were so happy he was able to help us.
