Jason helped me get my password issue fixed immediately, thus I was able to get back to responding to my client's requests quickly after being locked out of my computer through Microsoft. He was so helpful, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend his company for your IT needs!

Always willing to help in a timely and friendly manner. Everyone goes out of there way to be helpful. If someone isn't able to solve an issue, follow up from a higher end tech isn't far behind. Unlike some IT firms, we are never left feeling stupid for not knowing something. I would prefer to never have to call for help, but when I do, it is ALWAYS a good experience. Grateful to be working with a company that understands the "People" behing the "Business."

I had a problem with Teams that didn't exist earlier. The team (multiple people) spent a lot of time on this issue and kept after it tenaciously until resolved (which ended up being bigger than just my issue). I am really impressed by this experience because so much effort was placed on resolving to the root cause (which ended up including the folks at MicroSoft) and it helped other customers even though they may not have known there was an issues.

We took the plunge last year to employ InTrust for our higher level network and security needs and are so glad we did! With more of us working from home it has only crystallized what a good decision it was to bring them onboard. Thanks for being such a great company to work with!

We signed on with Intrust fairly recently but I am so pleased that I wanted to write a review. We were going through a complicated transfer from one IT provider to Intrust and everything was mostly seamless. I am less concerned about the occasional issue as I am to the response to the issues. We have had a prompt and efficient call on every ticket that we have pushed through. The development of our IT strategy prior to the onboarding was comprehensive and it has met all of our needs. I really enjoy working with them and look forward to a continued relationship.
