I’m not going to exaggerate here, Chris and his team may be the best heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and all around construction/renovation company in all of New York, maybe even the entire country. I hire Chris for every project I have now since we began working together because of his pure commitment to doing the best work that can be done. Not only is Intricate’s work exceptional, they’re also clean, understanding, and patient. You would think that all of this comes at a ridiculously high price but that’s not true at all. His prices have always beat his competitors when we have worked together and I can’t imagine anyone giving the customer service I receive from Intricate. It’s a shame I can’t leave 10 stars because you guys are always going above and beyond for me. My 16 camera set up in Islip is still holding strong with no issues!! Thanks so much guys, expect a call in a few days for my next project :)

For Chris, the owner, HVAC is not just his job, but his passion. It’s typical but he actually cares about his work and is not just in it to make a quick dollar. Very easy to work with and great work being done.
