InTown Suites Extended Stay Valdosta GA - Extended stay hotel in Valdosta - 1558 Baytree Rd, USA

Don't go there! It's disgusting, bed bugs, spiders and roach infested . Some of the staff are very harassing and nasty as well. I paid for a week stay there in hopes of being able to have a short commute to work. Well on the first day my fiance decides she wants to fuss at me (as I try to calm her down) and draws attention to herself and I. So an employee asks her to leave but tells me I can stay since I paid and room is in my name. However later the same employee named Rod "from Connecticut" a bald headed black guy, returns in the middle of the morning with police knocking on my door demanding I open up. So, I open the door and police tell me I have to go and say because owner doesn't want me here. I begin to ask for more info. Who is "this owner? What did I do? Etc. They didn't want to give me any info. So I close the door. They come into my room without my permission attempting to use excessive force but I continue to remind them that their cameras are on and I'm not resisting, yet they still use excessive force and arrest me for obstruction of justice and criminal trespassing. A few hours later I bond out and call the property to get my belongings and to inquire on a refund for the days I haven't been allowed to stay at this property after I've already paid. I was able to speak with general manager Peggy, she is the lady who is usually in the office with the wig on her head ( I guess she calls herself "the owner") and she laughed at the situation and said I will not be getting any refunds, So now I am taking this up with consumer affairs, the better business bureau and corporate in hopes of getting my money. Also I was able to get a lawyer this morning It's not about the money. It's about the negligence, unprofessionalism, and nonchalance of the staff and management at this company and they will be exposed. I suffered tremendously behind this and even physically. My wrist was damaged from handcuffs and I had to go to doctor later the next day, so this property will be hearing from me more because I should have never been harassed in this manner .

The updated rooms are nice and the staff was polite and helpful. It is a nice quiet place to stay. I had no problems while I was staying there and would recommend it to everyone.

I visited this place four years ago, and the difference was phenomenal. The Maintenance Man remembered Me from 4 years ago ( with a memory like that He should be a manager!) The management itself was completely AWESOME!! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Valdosta!!

During the daytime there it's ok but at night too much be going on. Get a knock to say you have to checkout over a dispute but don't tell the folks that's out there prostituting and the ones that's selling illegal items in the parking lot in their cars. Uncover cops and police are always there. Never stay there again was blessed with a house now and don't have to worry about staying there in the trap

I stayed here for 3 weeks until my place was ready. And management is amazing very polite and helpful. Unbeatable prices and rooms are with everything you would need to be comfortable. I would highly recommend for anyone....

So far, after 6 day stay, management is professional. Rod, maintenance, does great work. I plan to stay longer than I intended due to the great experience thus far. I am pleased with the experience. Thank you In town suites.

I've stayed here several times in the past couple of years. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice and clean. They do not have a full time housekeeper. No one wants to work these days. That's the only reason. But I cleaned my own room no problem. Laundry is on site and machines work well. Ms Peggy is very helpful and will do her best to solve any problems you have

Me and my family came to this hotel for a week! This hotel is the worst! I thought others were worst, this hotel has mold, roaches, and spiders. It’s like I was living in a trap house, I asked for a different room but instead I was still in that room. The pillow cases were not washed, bed was dirty, and now here I am with the flue from someone being sick and being around mold. You had to have your own soap, rags, and towels, The fridge is in front of a door, I payed for a suite and got a trap! How does this work?! So much rust, roaches everywhere and then they had a nerve to tell me and spray something for roaches. Air doesn’t work, Ugh I hate this hotel, The African American lady had no respect, we had no privacy, constantly walking into my room bringing things while we were gone!! I will never stay their again
