InTown Suites Extended Stay St. Louis MO - Hazelwood - Extended stay hotel in Hazelwood - 9067 Dunn Rd, USA

This is a nice place to go for a while if you need somewhere to go during an emergency housing situation. The maids are nice and proficient in their jobs and the management isn't tardy in responding to any and all issues you may have dealing with the room(s). The on-duty manager even went above and beyond when I first came to the hotel. He took his own money and bought me a soda when he saw that I am hypoglycemic and was in need of something with sugar in it! For that alone I am going to go back and change my rating to a 5 for the service!

I am currently staying at Inn Town Suites, and while the service isn't bad, I've had a frustrating experience with my room key constantly getting deactivated. I'm not sure why this keeps happening, but it's been a persistent issue. On the first day, I checked into a room that looked like a horror scene. The manager assured me it had just been cleaned, but based on the pictures, you can judge for yourself. The picture of the vent is the one in my bathroom….absolutely disgusting. Like I don’t even know how this place passed inspection!! Fortunately, I haven't had any noise problems during my stay. However, tonight, my key was deactivated again. There's only one person you can call after hours for issues like this, and when I reached out, he told me I'd have to wait for him to return. Thank gawwd it didn’t take long, and I was anxious since I was worried about my dog in the room. They have an ant problem as well as roach problem. One of the pictures is the inside of the microwave smh!!! I couldn’t believe they even thought that was acceptable to allow someone to even use that horrendous thing!! The cleanliness of the hotel is also lacking. The elevator floors are disgusting, and the walls are stained. It doesn't seem like anyone bothers to clean them. If I had a choice, I wouldn't have chosen this place, but someone else is covering the cost, which is the only reason I'm still here. If you can afford to stay at Comfort Inn or a nicer hotel, I highly recommend doing so. Staying here has been too much of a headache!

I faced numerous challenges during my 4 month stay at this establishment, which was intended to help me get back on my feet. The property attendant was consistently rude, and the manager, Scott, attempted to evict me multiple times without cause. The building was unclean, and my room had water leaks, mildew, and torn carpeting. Despite my efforts to inform Scott of the issues, I had to deep clean my room due to excessive cigarette smoke residue. I was supposed to be moved to a different room but was prevented from doing so due to unprofessional management. I kept my room clean and caused no trouble, but due to the presence of drugs, constant rule changes, and fights involving staff members, I left early. The establishment had frequent visits from the police due to the drugs, unprofessional management, and constant fights, I was in room 206

I stayed at Intown Suites for two weeks before I moved into my house. Staff was very nice and Scott The Manager has really turned it around. It was quiet and I slept like a baby in my bed. Wil definitely stay again, if needed.

Been here for over 4 years and been in an old room ever since. The rate done went up 4 times for no real logical reason. So, now that I’m paying almost $300 a week is just too much. Room ain’t worth that at all everything in room is old except microwave , tv and curtains. Room has damage from previous guests. Water has been warm due to messed up boiler for months. Can’t take a hot shower anymore with good water pressure. Why is this going unaddressed while I have to keep paying for this type of service? The internet 🛜 sucks bad there is no real reason to have it and have a technology fee added to weekly pay. Something needs to be done about this because it’s very unprofessional in every way. I don’t bother anyone and never caused any problems I only want to be comfortable where I’m at for the time being until I leave.

This place is a dump. This place is not for out of towners. It’s ran by the unsavory guest and there all night drug dealers that come to serve them. The air freshener is marijuana this is smelt 24/7. They have know hot water but, they don’t tell you that until they take your money because there’s no refund. Uber driver said there has been several shootings her DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is worse than a low income project.

They had a very poor staff. They didn’t offer any tissue the staff was rude about pretty much everything. They also received a deposit from me that they never returned nor gave an excuse why when they clearly said there was no deposit necessary I will never go back to this hotel again they have bedbugs and also I was bitten by something, I still cannot identify the rooms were super small and uncomfortable. I highly recommend you find a new establishment to rent from.
