InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Montgomery AL - Extended stay hotel in Montgomery - 3670 Richard Rd, USA

Jennifer and Carrie are awesome. I felt like they cared about the residents and were so easy to work with when an issue arose. The rooms were nice and clean. The laundry facilities were easy to access and kept clean. They made sure that residents didn’t loiter so that we felt safe during our stay.

The staff is courteous and prompt, the rooms exceeded expectations, love the bathroom shower, the rooms are very clean and housekeeping (Ty) does excellent job of keeping it clean and she's courteous, Front desk staff (Jennifer and Levi) is professional , gave excellent service. No complaints from me only I could sometimes smell cigarette smoke through the room, air freshener remedy that. I will be going back.

Removed the post after realizing how awesome this place actually is. The rooms are very cozy, the kitchen is perfect for a single guy, and bathroom is spacious. A studio suite perfect for the single person. And at around $1100+/- a month utilities included, you cannot beat it.

I’ve been at this location since 2020 and seeing the remodel first hand was amazing. The staff including Ms. Jennifer and Levi are always so helpful they, the house keeping staff and the maintenance crew look out for me ( bringing packages to my room, asking my condition ) because I’m a double amputee in not very good health. They just don’t know what they mean to me. Just an innocent “hello friend” lifts my spirits and makes the next couple of steps not so painful. My house keeper has no idea but the few moments of talking to her brightens my week so much. She’s such a sweet person. They feel less like employees and more like family. Thank you guys for all you do.

First of all the general manager is a crook. Will hang up on you so she can charge you for late fees because they won’t answer the phone. They WILL NOT clean the rooms and then keep your deposit! I will be contacting corporate and seeking an immediate return of my funds when I had nothing but issues while there from microwaves stop working to fridges not working. Being harassed by night time caretakers who are smoking marijuana. Corporate will be called !

Jennifer Levi and Nicole is the main people I see when I come there I stayed there a few weeks and they put me on do not win again because I told the housekeeper Nicole that she cannot get my room because I did not answer the door I'm not at home that means to do everything she delivered that message to the gm Jennifer. And Jennifer let me know that I have to let her hand and I'll let Jennifer know that I was there for let her in but she still would not do nothing in my room Jennifer is very rude and obnoxious when I asked her for corporate's number she'd let me know this is her property she is corporate and Levi the front desk keep on rolling his eyes and hitting the desk make me very nervous so I just walked out overall the bad review for InTown suites in Montgomery they are very intimidating and unreasonable they have no qualities of communication or customer service.

My other half works on the road so we are in hotels 85% of our year. We always try to stay wherever is decent with a kitchen. Our first time staying at InTown suites was last week in Mobile. They were hardly renovated, dirty, and just overall trapped out. We were hesitant when we made it to Montgomery but we were able to view the room before paying, they are clean, fully renovated. The room size we prefer was booked out but that’s nobody’s fault. The hotel location isn’t the greatest but for the price you can’t complain. Overall, I think this place is great, the price is great, rooms are clean and have all new appliances. As far as I can tell any bad reviews are just disgruntled people not getting their way.

I must say that the staff here is very courteous and professional . They make you feel at home away from home. The rooms are clean, they clean once a week. You have all the shopping convenience in close proximity, restaurants..ect. I enjoy staying here.
