InTown Suites Extended Stay Macon GA - Extended stay hotel in Macon - 1459 Eisenhower Pkwy, USA

The location is not bad but far from great. The room was clean and updated. We stayed for 1 week. The manager, Kimball was extremely nice when we met and looked at the rooms. Our plan was to stay here for an extended time ( several months). We checked in on Saturday and the ac was not working properly so we had to sweat it out till Monday afternoon seeing that the office is closed on Sundays. Kimball, was not very friendly at all about our situation even telling us that the ac was supposed to work this way. I have been a technician for 31 years so I informed him that the ac was not supposed to turn off while the room got to 78 degrees before it attempted to cool it back off and then he noticed I had a camera in the room. He brought a new ac unit and our ac worked great then. ||They clean rooms and do a “security check” on Thursdays so we left a note on the table asking to please not clean anything to only do the check as we would clean our own room. They came in our room, removed the note from the table, unplugged my camera and pilfered through our stuff like thieves. My wife’s underwear was moved and now Kimball is treating us worse. I have called corporate and left several messages but nobody has returned the calls yet. This guy, Kimball, the manager, has several bad reviews with this place. We will be looking for legal action against him and the staff for invading our privacy and handling our private stuff. Kimball needs to be arrested. He’s a thief, a liar and apparently a pervert. I would suggest placing a HIDDEN camera in your room so you can catch him and the staff doing what they do. I’ve added photos. The one is hard to see but it’s the second roach we’ve seen here in a week.

The manager here, Kimball, needs to understand what privacy is about. I travel across the country making sure that people are protected in their space. This man does not care about the people here or their safe space. He gets you in and then treats you like second class. There is no room for this in our world any longer. Look me up on YouTube We can all work together to make these changes. You have the right to video in the space you are staying. The laws are very clear on what you are allowed to do. This man, Kimball, made it very clear that having this camera in my room to protect my belongings is against the law. YOU HAVE RIGHTS!!!!! Make sure that no more of our rights get taken away due to shady individuals like the manager at in town suites of Macon Georgia, Kimball. He has also made it very clear that we are not “his kind”. I’m assuming he’s acknowledging that we are white and don’t belong here.

I’m at A lost for words when it comes to this, the Manager Kimball was nice To get you in the hotel, but once you got in the hotel, it was a whole Nother ball game from sexual harassment because we need 24 hours for our money to clear to make payment so he offered me something strange for a piece of change. When he is rejected, that’s when all hell breaks loose. I have recorded all conversations with this gentleman and now that I am out of the hotel I will be seeking legal matters so beware. I am not the only one every time you make a review or call for complaint he is the one taking the complaint, don’t want to give you information for corporate him and his assistant Manager Mya has a baby by him, but I thought there was no fraternization within the company which is none of my business but if you’re gonna follow the rules follow them all the way they have the baby behind the counter working with the baby at the desk the baby during the housekeeping any woman he sees without a man at that hotel he will try them with sexual innuendos. He does a lot of things at that hotel that are out of the normal for a business

My first time here. I made an online reservation when I went to check in the guy at the desk was very rude...because I told him I understood the rules what he was saying he told me he wasn't gonna check me In. He said it's on camera so I want someone to pull the tape and see how he talk to customers. I can take my money else where for this type of treatment

Stayed about a month and it was nice. The room was pretty decent, only issue was they only had a room with no tub, shower only when I checked in and I have a 4yr old that likes his bubble baths. It was pretty quiet, I didn’t witness any drama or people hanging around outside making it uncomfortable to leave or enter your room. Mr K was very nice, polite and is serious about his job and keeping everything in order. Would definitely recommend needing a safe, well kept place to stay for a while.

They charged us for one night. We show up with our kids and all and they tell us “tough” we don’t have room for you. And to dispute the charge with our bank they have 6 more others they gotta tell the same to. I have NEVER shown up to a hotel just to be told tough and turned away I will never book through this hotel again. We booked WITH THE HOTEL almost a week prior and he said this was the first date they’d have availability. I drove 7 hours to this hotel from where we lived just to not have a place to stay now.

I was given a room and then got locked out because of the lock it quit working battery’s went dead and manager kimball could not get it unlocked so I was put in another room that was updated with new amenities but then that room had bed bugs disgusting rooms and very clean at all.

Mr.Kimball needs to step down as a GM. He does not know how to talk to people, especially his workers. We in our rooms and can hear how he talks to his workers. Terrible.
