I give this place a 5 star because of the manager. She is very nice. My wife likes her too. It is an extended stay place so there is shady people here. No way around that at this type of place. Room was clean. needed a few maintenance things. But overall acceptable. Prices are nice compared to some others around town. I do see cats in windows alot. Can't figure out why. No pets allowed. If you need a place with a kitchen this would be my choice in this area so far. they have some pricier places east of here. But the managers aren't very nice that I have met.

It would be a ideal location if it weren't for the bizarre scary tenants that live here. I've witnessed multiple fights, seen some dude urinate on the stairwell, and the people around here are very angry and crazy. Late one night I could hear some guys shouting and one was threatening to hurt and shoot the other if he got too close (you could hear them arguing from every floor). People leaving cat litter on doorsteps and rubbing who knows what on random doors, people stealing grocery carts, people keying vehicles, police visits regularly, I even had a instance where I merely looked outside my car not realizing the guy next to me was looking at me and he proceeded to cuss me out for just looking in his general direction for a second. The walls are a little thin so you're going to hear a lot of stomping, slamming or loud music at any hour of day or night. A lot of people have pitbulls and large dogs they walk without a leash here so be careful. The staff is very nice and polite and will do what they can to accommodate you and make sure the units are clean and maintained, but the tenants here are unpredictable, loud, and down right terrifying.

.Rooms are outdated.. Holes in the walls &. ceiling. Microwave was filly so was cooktop . I saw cockroach crawling up bathroom wall . you only get two towels one roll toilet paper for your stay. There is a three dollar charge for tv phone wifi. Most hotels offer those services free to their guests.Kids stomp run jump over your head all day&night.Supposed be non smoking rooms Yet there is no smoking area for smokers.

I loved everything about this location. It was clean, and the service I received was perfect. It’s not common these days to get good customer friendly employees. It was right across from the grocery store which was very helpful. I didn’t have to go far to get food for my family!!!!!!

I originally booked a 2 bed suite online, but when I got there I was told the stove in the room didn’t work. Then I was put in a room with no a/c. She did offer another room which was filthy and smelled like straight smoke! When I told her I just want a refund she told me they would have another room ready by 1 pm the next day. At 1 I go to the office and was informed by the property attendant that front desk goes on lunch from 1-3. Long story short, if you do make the unconscious decision to stay here, document everything!! Property manager is a liar, very nonchalant, and just wants your money! Beware!!!!

This place treats you like you are below them. There is always loud music, fights , parties and the rooms look like they are dated back in the 50's. The front desk is closed alot. The walls are so thin, and the kids run rapidly above you and they stomp on the floors and management does nothing. You smoke in front of your room and then your room smells like smoke and they accuse you of smoking in the room and tell you that you have to leave . I don't recommend this place at all. It feels like it is really an old building.

Terrible place to be nothin but but a joke they only care about your money and nothin else smh its sad honestly this place charges way too much for all the problems that come with it the fridge didn't close all the way. Ac unit leaked water every single day everywhere. Door had a huge gap in it that you could literally see outside thru it. The microwave didn't work for 8 months the stove never worked but one burner. They laid bait for roaches almost every week but where my kids could get it at anytime which is really sad. The owner does not know how to run a business whatsoever nor treat her employees with respect in front of anyone. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has a family and wants a good place to stay smh. We complained about the microwave for months and it never got fixed or not one attempt to even try. They just want your money and thats it. They will take your payment Nd try to kick you out and keep it its a joke all around nothin special about this place amd they have the nerve to comment back to these saying they treat them like apartments lol but apparently have maintenance men that fix things and they don't fix nothin pictures along with this will literally show everything I have described . We had yo use our own things to stop the ac unit from leaking and wouldn't ever get replaced. Not a good place at all and never will be. They will come up with excuses to put you out after you paid and will try to keep your money. If you have kids this is not the place to be they will complain about your kids everyday nmw and the office won't say nothin to you but when they kick you out they will say they have told you multiple times this and that its just the worst place ever 💯 this place absolutely sucks and will never meet its requirements or your needs. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS OR IT WILL COST YOU LMAO. The roach bait they laid out was always right on the side of the sink where my kids could get it at any time as well. Housekeepers also don't knock before coming in they will just let themselves in if they please it happened plenty of times or if they have a replacement at the front desk they will come right in so don't expect any type of privacy here either smh worst place I've ever stayed 🤦

This property is literally the BEST ! I’ve read a lot of the reviews and for the bad reviews I’m seeing all I can do is laugh. Most of the bad reviews are from horrible tenants that I have witness stay here and get kicked out on their own. The Property manager Anaiah Daughtry is beautiful, respectful to herself and others, she has way more patience than I probably would in some situations. I’ve lived here 6 months. Never seen a roach, bed bug, or mouse. The property is clean , anyone that starts drama is gone in a snap of a finger. I have 5 children and if you have kids you know that a safe and thriving place for them especially during a struggle is hard to find. The tenants that have been here all get along and help keep things clean and the children on property safe INTOWN SUITES WATTBOURNE IS A FAMILY AND I THANK GOD THAT AT THIS DIFFICULT MOMENT IN MY LIFE HE SENT ME SOMEWHERE I CAN WORK ON BEING A BETTER ME AND MY CHILDREN ARE COMFORTABLE.
