InTown Suites Extended Stay Louisville KY - Airport - Extended stay hotel in Louisville - 6623 Preston Hwy Airport, USA

The manager is very kind, thorough in explaining the amenities, room maintenance and grounds rules for the property. He was very patient detailed and allowed me to view the room before I paid for it! The rooms are recently renovated and are well kept. I haven’t been here an hour and I already enjoy my stay! Many thanks to the management for being attentive and helpful .

This intown suites is so much better than the one down the street. The rooms are clean the staff to date are hospitable. Every interaction I've had with the manager Ash has been pleasant. The only downside is price, but these days the haves are overpricing everything. Still better priced than other places I've called. If you can afford it I recommend this location 6623 Preston highway. Avoid the one in the 7000 block. The difference is night n day. Keep it up Ash.

Me and my daughters stay here has been nothing but pleasant. In the beginning it was hard to get housekeeping and things were a little off but since Ash has been here everything has been going as need be.. housekeeping every week. They don’t miss..it’s very calm around here.. rooms are clean and our property manager is consistent and professional. Prices are reasonable.. everything has been going well.. no problems out of InTown suites. A great stay!!

Wonderful hotel rooms, nicely updated. The bed is really comfortable and there's plenty of storage. The manager at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Best hotel I've been to honestly.

The general manager is very attentive. He will let you tour the room you are looking to rent before you pay. I personally, love airplanes so I love the view of the planes taking off. I haven’t yet explored much in the area, but I am excited to. I have seen Louisville has much to offer as far as activities and career options. If you are in need of an extended stay hotel, I highly recommend Inn Town Suites.

I've been here 3 weeks now and so far in the "upgraded" room it's been welcoming and nice. Yes u can hear thru the walls and sometime on weekends parking is limited to the vicinity of your room. They have elevator which is a plus and people are quiet. Staff is supportive and eager to help if any issues. The after hours line always answers and on another note bug exterminator comes out every couple weeks. Maintenance is on top of their job and the housekeepers and front office are always willing to help within business hours. Renewal is easy except you can't do it online. However the face to face is preferred in my opinion. Furthermore the TV channel selection is good as well. All around good service!

My husband and I have been here for 2 weeks so far on business. Wonderful clean room, staff has been friendly. Ash has been very accommodating. We still have several months that we will be away and we don't intend to stay anywhere else. If you are planning to stay in Lousiville I suggest you look into Imtown Suites, Airport location. It is affordable and you will not regret it.

We have stayed here years ago staff then wasn't very friendly but Mr. Ash is a very friendly and informative manager. The manatinace guy is quick to help any way he can. Ash has really cleaned up this location from. What it used to be. he has more updates he wants to do to help place look more family friendly which he will do little bit at time. Every thing in room us like it should be. The housekeeping is spot on. Makes feel like should came back home from. Tennessee months ago. Keep up hard work Mr. Ash
