InTown Suites Extended Stay Fort Myers FL - Extended stay hotel in Fort Myers - 7071 Lakeridge Ct, USA

So we lost our home due to our greedy landlord and found this place. Figured it would be ok for a few months till we can get into another house. When we first came here everyone and everything seemed like it was ok. Now after being there a few months I'm seeing all the b.s. come out now. This place is by far the nastiest Crap hole I've ever seen. Half the dang appliances don't work. When told about it to the so called maintenance man who should honestly flip burgers cuz he cant fix jack. it took 2 months to get it fixed. On top of that there are mostly drug addicts and prostitutes living here. Don't even get me started on the roaches. They were crawling under the mattresses and bedframes. There's mold in the entire building. The maintenance man thinks he can talk to anyone like crap and if you disagree or say something he doesn't like he threatens to have you kick out. I'm working on getting him fired talking to my wife the way did because she didn't believe what he said. I wish I did my research on the place before I came which is why we left. I took photos and a video of the roaches crawling in my bathroom and the ones I sprayed that were under and on the bed and frame. This place should be reported to the health department who is my next call. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! I probably killed at least 30 roaches throughout the course of one night.

I give this place 3 or 4 STARS. I cannot give it 5 STARS because it is definitely not 5 STAR quality…but it is good place that serves its purpose for affordable extended stay lodging with good weekly rates in a convenient location near major roads and short drives to nearby shopping in Fort Myers. I have stayed at this InTown Suites in Fort Myers location many times for many years for extended stay visits to Fort Myers area and I always enjoy my stay. As a customer, I do recommend that ALL customers spend $10 at Walmart or Dollar Tree to buy some cleaning products to clean and disinfect your room on your first day just so you know your room is good and clean for your peace of mind! The significant money you are saving by not staying at expensive high end hotel in Fort Myers then you can at least afford to spend $10 on cleaning products to make your room nice and clean and livable cozy for duration of your stay…it’s $10 well spent and wise move! The hotel is very affordable with good weekly rates but you may want to do your own cleaning and disinfecting of your rooms to make the place more livable cozy. I always bring my own personal bedding and towels as well to make the place more livable cozy during my extended stay. Thanks for reading my feedback!

This is by far a place out of nightmares. We booked for one week while we were in between homes. The room had black mold and mildew growing on the walls and ceilings. The phone in the room wasn’t working. The stovetop did not work. There were roaches and other critters crawling all over the place. The smell in the room was so bad we went and bought a tart burner to try and cover it a little. The halls reeked of marijuana horribly. As for staff… I am not sure there was any. We never saw a person working. Not at the front desk or anywhere. We decided to call it a loss and leave 3 days early and the front desk was never open to check out. When we called customer service they said to use the comment form on their website. That made zero sense to me since our problems really needed immediate attention. We did fill out that form and never heard from anyone yet. Take my word and many other reviews; DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

My friend and I are staying here for a month. I found a very fair rate on their website. The staff are here is wonderful. They are kind, friendly and very helpful. They walk the property often, making the extra security appreciated. Everything you may need is located within minutes. We had a leaking sink and they not only sent maintenance out but a plumber as well and it was taken care of extremely promptly. I love the layout of the room. It's nicely decorated. I like the unique art in the room. The room I have has not lost a musky smell after days of being here but I believe it's exclusive to this room and is being handled. Otherwise it's a very good room. Very comfortable. We really like it here. A great place to stay. Definitely worth checking out.

ROACHES!!! Not palmettos, ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Roaches crawling on my neck woke me up and they’re absolutely everywhere.

Stayed here for about 6 months after the hurricane. Room was always clean, parking lot was well lit and felt safe, with staff making rounds inside and outside all night. Housekeeper was always very nice. Jasmine, the manager, and her staff always said hi and remembered my name. Robert was quick to fix things or change a light bulb. Very good location close to the beaches, food, and shopping. Great value for a budget traveler, or workers from out of town, One bad side, no pool,

We have been here 8 months and the location is great. Tony is a awesome general manager. Fred is always right there when something needs to be tended to. We have great neighbors. We love our studio it feels so homey. Let me mention also that Beatrice aka B is wonderful she is very accommodating and always has a huge smile. We love it here

We recently relocated from Detroit and didn't want to try and pick an place to live without first checking out all the areas around Tampa. We found In Town suites and from the moment we got here we felt very comfortable and at home. The rooms are spacious and laid out very well to maximize space. Everything is always clean. There is a crew that is cleaning the grounds both night and day and housekeeping is always making sure everything is ok and asking if you need anything. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. It truly is like a little community back here. The manager is very patient and is on top of it all. He made checking in very easy for us and no matter what is happening, he always has a smile and is eager to help. We definitely recommend staying here if you need an extended stay.
