InTown Suites Extended Stay Fort Lauderdale FL - Extended stay hotel in Tamarac - 8191 W Commercial Blvd, USA

I’d like to start with this location isn't bad. Everything you’ll need is in walking distance. Speaking of walking the maintenance man Ki ( real cool dude) that walks the property everyday ensuring the parking lot stays clean is awesome. He’s attentive, respectful & hardworking. 5 stars to him. As far as the rooms those are horrible. Old cabinet’s, old floors, soap bars are horrible, for the price you pay to stay here the rooms should be better.

Rooms are well put together and clean. The Front desk staff is very kind and their customer service is great. The maintenance guy Ki was very helpful, when I asked for something to be repaired or replaced Ki did it right away. I would recommend for an extended stay!

Ki works very hard and alway has a smile on his face no matter how his day is going. He has a very great personality. There hasn't ever been a time when he doesn't wave, says hi, and he will always stop for few minutes to ask how everything is going and ask my husband and I if there's anything we need. He keeps the grounds looking very clean and does a thorough job no matter how long it takes him when a guest has an issue inside their room. If I was the CEO or a manager, Ki is the kind of an employer that I would prase him for his hard work and be very happy he was one of my employees. He deserves a bonus here and there. Well what can I say been here for a little minute all the staff is great and attentive, KA is the best at his job you ask this young man for help never ever have seen anyone with a smile on there face no matter what he is working on. The office staff is amazing of course Mrs. Jessica comes off as a little rough but is as sweet as can be T I'm a doll, and my housekeeper Erma OMG she is the Best!!!!!! She stay on top of these rooms like this was her home. Everyone here is amazing!!!!!!!

AWFUL PLACE. Roach infested rooms, we had to move to another room on the first day because the first one smelled bad, had roaches and shower drain was very slow. No room service for the entire week we were there, although it was supposed to happen on Tuesday. The same towels for 6 days... Then one day we were told to pack up our stuff and leave the room because it had to be fumigated for roaches. The only good thing was the location, one of very few places to stay in that part of town. Stay away! There is Comfort Suites nearby, we've heard that it would have been much better choice for not much more.

I would have given to the room 4 or 5 stars.But there is definitely a plumbing problem here because there is very little cold water. Also, the new Wi-Fi system sucks. The staff and most of the extended stay residents are very easy to get along with.

I love Intown for real I hate when I have to leave so comfortable the people the front desk oh my God so lovable future just like family they show that they care about the concern especially young lady in the front desk who sign in she's the best so I keep up the good work go in time five star for me

I've been here for a while and I must say that the young man Kirion is a very good maintenance worker and very honest person and also very positive, thank you
