InTown Suites Extended Stay Clearwater FL - Extended stay hotel in Clearwater - 2833 Roosevelt Blvd, USA

Ive stayed here for a few months now and the only staff members I didn’t care for, are now gone. I can say that Tony the manager is very pleasant and accommodating and has been amazing from day one. The other office guy is very pleasant as well I just don’t know his name sorry lol. The maintenance man is AMAZING has any request done in one day and is really turning things around. All of the housekeeping ladies are lovely as well. Of course you’re going to run into not so great neighbors but that comes with anywhere you Live but I feel the bad reviews from here stem from that and that’s not the establishments fault. I see people also commenting about bugs, I’ve never had that issue and I am a clean freak! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking temporary housing or even a week or two vacation. Thank you!

I have stayed here quit a few times. Love Beatrice she makes your day a lot brighter. The night property manager is very nice always willing to answer a question. Tony and the maintenance man are always willing to help resolve any issues you have. Thank you to a great group of staff.

Tony at the front desk is always very helpful and friendly! The maintenance man is always on point, was able to get me a new refrigerator within an hour or so because the door on the other one wouldn't stay shut all the time. The housekeeping ladies are always very sweet and kind when they come by, and are always very respectful.

I'm very disappointed. That's more for homeless people, I think everyone should be treated equally no matter who they are. I guess he has done too many favors for a while. He's lost his customer service skills. I'll give a start, but it seems like the general manager might be part owner. He is way too comfortable providing bad treatments. Cuddos to the maintenance guy. He was very nice and willing to switch my bed. I will stay away for any extended stay unless it's extended stay America.

Nice room. When I checked in the AC was shot. The maintenance man got me a new ac within an hour. My room was in the very front. It was quite and peaceful. I would recommend the place to anyone. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Have stayed at intown Clearwater for a very extended time and from Tony at the office (always friendly and helpful). Maintenance is there when needed and are always helpful and friendly. Housekeeping has always kept my room awesome and all are very friendly. Cannot beat staying here for the price. Would recommend to everyone. This is a continuation of previous review still a very good place to stay

The room is clean and comfortable. The location is good. Area is quiet and safe. Been very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone needing an extended stay.

We stayed there for a year and a few days before we were finally able to move into our apartment. We were going through a difficult transitional period, moving from a different county and not being from this state originally, this place provided a roof over our head and a bed for us to sleep on and a kitchen to cook. It is what you make of it. It was very clean super helpful the location is a straight shot to Indian rocks beach and I never had any bad experiences there with anyone until our very last night a man was very drunk and came outside screaming threatening and racial slurs for a few minutes but once I said something to him I didn’t hear it again but to be honest if staff would’ve heard him probably would’ve been out.. Everyone is very kind and helpful and a lot of guests were going through the same transitional period as well but again this is a place to go to knowing it’s not permanent. I would also recommend the updated rooms to anyone just staying a weekend or a week for sure. Anyways thanks again InTown suites!!!
