InTown Suites Extended Stay Auburn AL - Auburn University - Extended stay hotel in Auburn - 1188 Commerce Dr, USA

I made a reservation 3 weeks ago for my daughter for an 8 night stay. The day my daughter was due to arrive, the general manager called to cancel my reservation because she said there were no rooms available and blamed reservations for overbooking. She said this happens often. Checked my credit card and saw that I had been charged $50 for the first night’s stay. Then called reservations to make sure the reservation was canceled and to get the $50 returned. That took 40 minutes, mostly on hold. How in the world is this a good way to do business?

I had no complaints. Nice updated room. Clean, very convenient location. Front desk associates were very nice and welcoming. The property is very well kept. Overall I would stay again

Beware, the property manager canceled my reservation the afternoon of the day my 8 day stay was to start. The reservation was made 3 weeks in advance with no issues. She blamed the folks who made the reservation. Reservations said she lied and gave my reservation away. Completely unprofessional. She should lose her job.

Because i refused house cleaning service because i wanted to sleep and because I had an animal when it says your aloud to and there are others there doing drugs and have animals but I get kicked out of my room and after paying for two weeks two days before and I didn't get my money back from it I found used needles on the ground by building one

The room was bigger than I expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location as well.

Rooms are updated, on site laundry, the staff are professional and courteous. Daryl, the manager is great to interact with, is knowledgeable of the area, and does a great job representing the company.

My name is Justice Johnson, we've stayed at the in town suites for a few months now and it's been nothing but wonderful. Nice rooms, cold actually. Theu offer laundry and stove, as well as Stacia always going above and beyond to help with anything we may need. Great hospital, and highly recommended.

We are here on a work trip from Colorado. Tried a few hotels before we found this gem. The best!! The rooms are very clean and cleaned weekly throughout our stay. Modern and up to date. Our unit was recently remodeled and made us feel like we were at home. Not to mention it has saved us hundreds of dollars compared to the local hotels. Stasha the GM has been more than helpful and has made us feel very welcomed. The beds are super comfortable. On-site laundry and most importantly I feel safe here. Thank you for accommodating us.
