The staff is rude as hell , it’s like they always have an attitude.They lazy the office is barely ever open . The room is convenient but they have roaches really bad it’s supposed to be no smoking but it always smell like cigarettes. I got bit by something in the sheets and they changed my price rate every week

First of the staff was extremely rude when I first checked in. Like I was an inconvenience because I’m spending money there. Whoever housekeeping is need to be fired or retrained. The room was disgusting dirty. Good thing I bring my own everything. The floor was so dirty I used a white towel and it came back black. They steal from you. I put a small camera in the room for when I was gone and I have staff on camera entering the room and removing things that don’t belong to them. The other guest are rude and inconsiderate. Every morning it’s either laugh obnoxious talking and laughing or music. I could go on but it’s not worth it.

The House keeper barley knows how to clean, she keeps writing notes saying the room is messy, but the room wouldn’t be messy unless if you’re doing your job correctly. No matter how much my room is clean, Roaches come!!!! They do not clean those damn mattresses, pee stains etc. The house keeper keeps barging into peoples room whilst they are SLEEPING. Front desk ladies are super nice. Overall this is a 1.2 stars for me. My reasoning is, the the room is super nice if you get the advanced room. But the Room smells like smoke which triggers my moms and my asthma. Please do better, charging 500 for a small room with roaches…

I stayed here November 2022- March 2023 and loved my room. It was very comfortable and satisfying the staff was very pleasant. I never had a problem, I cleaned my own room and mgmt inspected regularly and there was never a problem. I would stay here again if I needed to.

The room wasn’t dirty but it could’ve been cleaned a bit better than it was. The floors felt funny under my feet. When I’m just chilling I don’t like to have to put on shoes when I need to get up & walk around in the room. So I just put on socks. The door to the bathroom needed to be wiped down. The kitchen area could’ve been wiped down a bit better because there was a bit of debris on the countertop. But I wiped down the countertop & the table in the living area. The bed sheets looked very clean & the sheets looked like they were put through a pressing machine. But I still checked for bed bugs. The refrigerator was clean & the freezer area as well. But there was a very bad odor in the room. It’s a smoking room so I just chalked it up to the cleaner mixed with cigarette smoke. Not an unpleasant odor, but more like whatever cleaner that was used didn’t have a pleasant smell mixing with the smoke.

My stay here was very nice, the room was extremely clean, the staff are very nice and very informative. The ladies in the front are very helpful and caring. I will be back for my next long vacation, thank you!

The staff at InTown on Tara Blvd are angels in disguise. The GM Kasandra is very professional and goes above and beyond. At one point I tried to leave and go to another property and it didn’t work out. Coming back to Tara Blvd my transition was very easy and it feels just like home.

Buyer Beware!! This location practices in deceitful business practices. We were guests from 8/1/2023-8/31/2023 and paid $2200. When asked about monthly rates we were told initally....monthly rates would not apply to us. When asked again we were then told that the monthy rates would exceed what we would pay monthly. The General Manger accepted a cash payment on 8/29/2023, issued us a receipt with a balance and then turned around and stated that we would have to pay an additional $502 for the remainder of the week. She also stated that we "misunderstood" her. The receipt that we have in our possession states differently. There is another employee who is lacks any tact or professionalism. After reporting her via the only avenue to report a problem, the customer service medium, just referrs you back to the General Manager. When contacting anyone else, about policies the same is said, you have to speak with the General Manager of the property. If a company policy which is advertised in the lobby is posted, the General Manger has the ability to change them as she sees fit. ALL VETERANS, OF WHICH I AM, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AND THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL MANIPULATE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.
