InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Douglasville - Extended stay hotel in Douglasville - 5820 Plaza Pkwy, USA

When I arrived at the property the staff were all smiles and welcomed me. The General Manager, Ms. Rachel was very nice and accommodating. Her customer service was and is second to none. The room that I checked into was very clean and bug free. The property itself is very clean and at night, it's very quiet which is perfect for those who have to work early mornings. Overall my stay has been great and I'm glad I chose this hotel.

DO NOT stay here. The very first problem that I encountered was the lady that worked in the office. She is a liar. One of those liars that knows that you know that they are lying but continues to keep lying. That should have been my cue to keep it moving. Nevertheless, I secured the room for a week. I didn't actually get back to the room until late with my things. When I walked into the room there were roaches everywhere. On the walls, in the kitchenette area, in the bathroom. I pulled the covers back on the bed and they were in the bed. Everywhere. Needless to say, I didn't stay here. Tried calling these people all day long. The only person I was able to get on the phone was someone in reservations. No one at the location answers the phone, no one at corporate answers the phone. I have yet to be able to speak to someone.

I can honestly say that, I would not check back into this hotel ever again. They have 3 different roach types. It was not clean. I couldn't sleep the whole time I was there, even with the lights on. And my kids broke out badly by staying here a whole week. I honestly believe they should knock the building down and rebuild. I was very disappointed. The only good part is that it's very quiet.

The process of checking in was a breeze by front desk staff. They would were a delight as well. I also got the chance to view my room first before making a final decision as to whether or not I was willing to commit to my choice. The General Manager Rachel Robinson was amazing as well! She was training a staff member and multi tasking @ the same time! Her patience was awesome. I see her almost daily. She remembered me and always has a smile on her face that makes you feel so welcomed here at my new residence! I highly recommend this location. It’s very quiet. And the residents are friendly as well! I love it here. And I believe you will as well!😀

First yet foremost, About Rachel, I’m unsure of her exact employed position at this establishment but with the graceful leading characteristics and virtuous professionalism I would assume her to be a manager of sorts as She and Aaron welcomed me to my room. No headaches or confusion, the booking down to the presentation of the room was completely seamless, clear and comforting. Excellent service. I looking forward to my stay here.

I love this place. Don't get me wrong yes there are bugs but that's normal. it's not infested like some people make it out to be. I think the prices are affordable. Yes, rooms are small but you get to check the room before paying for it. I clean my room everyday. Every time they came by to clean rooms they only asked for the sheets and they grab the trash and leave. She says it Everytime that this room is already clean. I actually love it here!!!! My room is not infested with roaches like some of the reviews say. Sometimes I see bugs and take they outside but that's normal. It's how you take care of your rooms and how often you clean the rooms.

This got to be one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at. This is joes apartment. Roach motel, roach central, the first day I was there I seen 7 roaches. I literally was counting. I went to the front desk to ask the receptionist could I get a different room because it was a bug infestation going on in this room. She told me no. That I’ll have to put in a request form for an exterminator to come out. That shouldn’t have to be the customer’s job to find an exterminator. The customer service sucks. Rude workers that don’t care for their customers well being. I won’t be coming back here anymore!!!!!

Thanks to the general manager Rachel, my stay has been comfortable. The check in process was smooth, the rooms are clean with premium upgrades for a comfortable, long term stay. The property is very quiet and in a great location.
