InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Conyers - Extended stay hotel in Conyers - 1125 Northlake Dr, USA

I had a room for one week. It was my first time staying at InTown Suites Conyers. The staff was very nice and professional. The upgraded room was nice clean and comfortable.

5-24-2024 Well, I must say that out of all the extended stays I've been to Intown Suites are really nice. My room was so cozy set up like a hotel. Big huge TV, open kitchen area, nice bathroom. Most of all, my bed!!!!! was very cozy and I had ice trays! Staff is wonderful. They answer all your questions. This is a place to come lay your head down for sure, I'll come again. For The 4 months I was there it was perfect. April the Manager she was amazing the employees was great and I really enjoyed being there I will go back and I will tell my friends about it and April she was always there when I needed anything and I just wanted to say thank you

Very rude, unprofessional, the management from Charles to April kept stating they will kick me out for my stay. They kept going in my room while I wasn't present, room had roaches packed up, service suck treat you so rude, wish I could get my money back but the location have everything on the strip.

Made reservation over the phone,was guaranteed a room upon arrival.After arriving was told we were on the DNR list and was NOT told why.All InTowns are run like prisons.You are only allowed to come out your room if you are leaving.You can't walk around outside and stretch your legs and get fresh air.The shower leaked out the bathroom into the bedroom,we told maintenance and manager they ignored us refused to fix it then blamed US for the damage. This place is run by racists.They also said we would get a refund for the reservation which we never did..they are scammers who rob you of your money DO NOT STAY HERE!

I showed up for my check in only to be told there are no rooms available..huh...a deposit was withdrawn 2 days prior for the reservation Charles stated that it was against their policy to give refunds that I would need to take it up with corporation. In addition Charles was extremely rude and showed an" I could care less attitude ".. when I asked about being refunded again Charles stated to me that he has a problem with me and I did not want a problem with the property manager that is it against their policy to give refunds. I am not a young lady in this is the worst of the worst customer experience I have ever had. If your room is overbooked there should be no issue with her refunding the money. Make it make sense. Very unprofessional environment establishment excetera all that.

I just wanted to take a moment and share with everyone the exceptional experience my wife and I have had at Intown Suites in Conyers!! The General Manager April Strickland is absolutely AMAZING🔥🔥🔥 There were a few times where we had to wait until the very last minute to pay our rent because our Funds were tight and she treated us very nicely with dignity and respect🙏🏾... Trust me, I'm in the Real Estate business and currently looking to purchase multifamily properties just like Intown Suites and finding good Property Management that has integrity and compassion for Tenants is extremely hard to find! So Intown Suites really got BLESSED when they brought in April and I'm praying that they look at this and give her a raise!!👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾....
