Integra Cove Apartments - Apartment complex in Orlando - 6801 Integra Cove Blvd, USA

I won’t dive into the fees, bills, or maintenance. Read other reviews for that. I want to be another of many complaining about parking. When I moved in there was no visitor pass issue for parking, I was never told there was a problem. It was one of the things I liked about the complex. But now things have taken a turn. The visitor pass system is so stressful. No more spontaneous visits or forbid there’s a midnight emergency. There’s not lots or public street parking nearby so if the very limited spots at the front of the complex are full then you’re just out of luck. As someone in my 20s and trying to making friends, it’s honestly just such a bummer. This on its own is making me very unlikely to renew. Then there’s the gate situation. Since we’ve moved in the car gates to the complex have constantly been broken. I honestly don’t care that much if it’s open, but all the steps to mitigate this have made things progressively worse. The gates now open so slow, the arm bars malfunction and won’t open if you’re within a certain distance of another car. We literally have to make up to the entrance of the complex to get the gate to reset. And of course my car has gotten hit by the arm bar on top because there’s no sensor to tell it a car is there. The fact that arm bars and gates are constantly broken shows others are getting their cars damaged too. How hard can it be to put in a sensor? Clearly nothing else is working.

Carmen was very helpful and super kind during the process of moving here. She answered all my questions with no doubt. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent. UPDATE!!! Today is my first night and my wife and I have been moving our stuff here. We had our only friend to come up after work to help us organize and she was here for 2 hours and she left about 10pm and her car wasn’t at the parking lot. I saw one of the towing guy and asked them what happened he said it got towed because it was not allowed to be here. Today in the morning i was clearly told that anyone car have visitors and can park up to 3 days with out permission. I was never told you need permission since day one. I rent vehicles for work because i travel and if this is the case its going to to cause me a lot of problems. Why would u allow to tow a car that just got here 2 hour ago????? Would like explanation since i was told that after 3 days you need the office pass. Towing guy said no you have to have a pass always. I wonder how possible you know when u have a visitors. I would like my refund of $135 dollars i just paid at 12:06 am because my friend and i don’t deserve this. This is insane wow

Just recently moved in and what a delight it has been! From the application process to moving in. Carmen assisted my family and I and she has been made this experience wonderful ! Shes very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure that we are well taken care of. Alex and Sophia are very friendly as well. This neighborhood is also very welcoming. I recommend 10/10!

My Girlfriend and I are shopping around for a new apartment complex and we stumbled upon Integra Cove. We were gracious enough to have Sophia as our tour guide, she was very informative on everything! There wasn't one question unanswered. She definitely made us feel very comfortable and welcome! We are strongly considering moving here thanks to Sophia's knowledge, experience and understanding. If you are looking for place to stay, just come take a tour with Sophia and I'm sure you'll feel right at home!!

My experience with the service in this property has been excellent, Sophia has been very helpful in the application process, she has been kind and has explained everything I needed, I am waiting for my application to be approved and I hope to be able to live here, because the The staff that works there is very friendly, I have to mention Braulio who works in the maintenance area, he also received me very kindly and provided me with water on a very hot day. The whole property looks very well cared, clean and safe, I would love to live here.

Just moved in about a week ago. Let me tell you when we thought this place was good to be true, so far it's not. I dealth with Sophia specifically and she is the best. She made everything as smooth as it could be. We applied and were approved in about a week and a half. Move in date never changed. We were always kept in the loop about everything. Complex has elevators and stairs so there's that option. So far everything is good. People are friendly. The only thing that I can complain about is the fact that there is not a ceiling fan or light in the bedrooms, but you have the option to put them in. Honestly just ordered some lamps so don't think we will be doing that. The living room is great, the floor color, and it's pet friendly. So far so good. Neighborhood is quiet.

My boyfriend and I came to Integra Cove while looking for our very first apartment and Carmen was so helpful. She made us feel so comfortable and answered any questions we had. Integra is definitely at the top of our list because of the warm introduction we received.
