Always professional and helpful. We sent our camera reel in to see why it was showing a blue screen on the monitor at times. They said reel was fine and to send them the monitor so we did. After many attempts & different men working on it they were unable to duplicate our issue. They called us several times to communicate with us and finally decide to send both back to us and did not charge us any thing for their time. Thank you very much. :)
