Rob was responsive, on time and very knowledgeable. Made sure we totally comfortable on how everything works before he left. Rob also followed up with me 48 hours later to make sure everything was working properly and to check to see if we had any questions.

Rob researched the house to figure out where the best location would be for the receiver outside prior to the day of install. He showed up at the house with the equipment, got right to work. He was very knowledgeable, walked us through downloading the app, explaining the options. He answered all of our questions and got us set up. Thank you Rob!

Rob rocked. In the Wild West of starlink installers you can be sure this guy is good for his word. He quickly got me on the schedule when a scammy man installer fell through and kept in contact several times so I knew he would show up when he said he would be here. He arrived on time (3hr drive for him) and did a clean, seamless and efficient install for me. He went the extra mile making sure the install was well hidden outside and in the best location inside. Of three service providers scheduled for today, Rob was the only one who showed. Couldn’t be happier with his service start to finish.
