Inspire Studio is my yoga home. I have been going there for years--longer than at any other place. I love so many things about it: the convenient location, the beautiful roomy space, the welcoming atmosphere, the variety of classes and workshops offered. Ruby, the owner, is a gifted teacher--skilled and compassionate, warm and creative, creator of community. I am still impressed by her ability to remember everyone's names!

A beautiful space and an inspiring teacher. Ruby knows how to meet each body where it's at on that day. My husband and I have been going to Inspire for three years now because it's a studio that works for both of us. We appreciate Ruby's focus on form so we don't hurt ourselves and how she keeps the practice fresh and innovative. I'd recommend for every body! Ruby is a special teacher.

Thus place really does have heart ♡! I've only taken classes with Ruby, but heard great things about the other instructors too. There's a calm, happy energy about this space, and Ruby is so open, sweet, joyful and just a fabulous instructor!! I highly recommend Inspire Studio!!

Love practicing at Inspire! Ruby creates such a warm, comfortable and supportive environment. She always makes a point of saying "hi" and is attentive to the unique needs of all of her students. I've been practicing here for several years now and always leave feeling more open and yet grounded at the same time. I love Inspire Studio and Rubys classes and events especially. It is a great space, calm and inviting, and I always feel better after I have been there! Kundalini Yoga is my favorite class and the sound healing events and workshops are amazing, fun, well done and the people are warm and welcoming.

Quality classes for a reasonable price! Inspire has many options for class types from restorative beginners to advanced yoga classes. I have taken 2 different types of classes: 'Flow and Restore' with Liz who does a wonderful job of telling a story while she's instructing the class; and 'Yoga Power Hour' with Ruby. As an advanced instructor, Ruby gives alternative poses if something isn't working for you. Most yoga classes are 1.5 hours long and I have a very busy schedule -- so I was in and out in an hour! Inspire Studio just installed a new floor too. Punch card options in case you can't make it every week. Highly recommend.

Practicing Kundalini Yoga at Inspire Studio is one of the highlights of me week! the space is beautiful and Ruby teaches in such an “inspired” and sincere way. She makes everyone feel welcome at any level. She puts her all into the space and her classes and I wouldn’t miss it.
