On June 27 I received notice that our cybersecurity insurance policy renewal quote was contingent upon removing an old Exchange server (this was a work in progress) and the policy renewal date is July 1. July 11, we were informed that our policy would not be renewed until we added additional security measures, and we were given until July 22 to get it done. Knowing their long history of successful M365 implementations, I reached out to insITe Business Solutions, Inc. for help on July 15, and they hit the ground running with us on July 16. I'm pleased to say we crossed the finish line on time and received our policy, yesterday. Choosing an IT company for your business can be one of the most stressful decisions you can make. There are so many of them out there, but none of them have all the traits you want. I work with different IT support companies at the different clients that I work with, and I have been very impressed with Lily and Kim, as they have been very thorough, and do not quit on a problem until it is resolved! They also explain everything that they are doing, and that will help me to problem solve in the future. I have been really impressed!
