Terrible. A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn with a job description that had nothing to do with my background. When I told her of her mistake she lied and said it was a very relevant management position in my field and with nastiness said that I clearly was not interested in it, so she wouldn’t contact me again. I sent her the listing she originally sent me that definitively said “entry level associate” and she blocked me. Is this how you train your recruiters to behave Insight Global - with lies and hostility? This is gross and you should be ashamed as a corporation. A job search is hard enough. No one needs a recruiter acting like a 5 year old brat. Nothing about Insight Global and this treatment elicits a feeling of trust as a candidate and it shouldn’t as an employer looking to meet staffing needs. You can thank Jessica L for her bad behavior and I’ll spread the word not to work with her or you.

I will never accept work from IG again. I was rushed through the onboarding process which was very involved - and the job was delayed by 2 months. Caroline recruited me for a 100% remote role, and then Alexandra tried to force me onsite. This was after I verified that this was definitely a remote role. They also went radio silent on me when I needed answers to my questions. After all of this, I found out they didn't even have everything they needed from me in their corporate office! The recruiters' lies cost me a job, and over a month and a half of absolutely no income. They lied to unemployment and told them I quit (instead of being let go); it was a hassle to get everything straightened out. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a company! Insight Global and their NY recruiters are not worth the time.

Words cannot explain how grateful I am that Drew Ballester, a recruiter with Insight Global, found me and matched me perfectly with a position at an amazing company. Drew and his colleague Blake were very professional and attentive throughout the entire process of my hiring. Their communication skills were second to none. What can I say about Insight Global, in specifically Rob and Carly? These people are professional to the core from time management to consistent updates. They never left me wondering in the dark or in the unknown about any of the process. If your looking for people to get you in position to make an impression on a new job opportunity, this is the place. Remember, there are no promises in life, but Insight Global at least gives you the opportunity to showcase your talent and abilities. By the way for all you negative people out there whoever said Insight Global was a scam, you either expected to be hired and didn’t get hired, as if life is just supposed to hand you something—which they practically do if you prove yourself when you land an interview, or you haven’t applied yourself to do the research. If you deal with Insight Global you’re in the right place, and if you’re dealing with Rob and Carly, then you’re dealing with the best of the best. Never in my life have I dealt with two young people who really know what the hell they are doing. I would write more but I’m pretty sure you get the picture. Thank you, Rob and Carly as well as Insight Global—because I got the job!

The good reviews are FAKE! I applied to a position they have available. They kept calling me saying the same thing and asking the same questions. I spoke to Kathleen and then Carly. They interviewed me and then told me I had the position. I guess I was overly qualified because they seemed resistant about paying me for my experience in the IT field. So long story short they hired someone else and I guess that person didn't workout so now they're calling and texting me. I don't know if discrimination was involved but this place is extremely disorganized and will disappoint you when they make promises to you. Personally I do not think they had the position to begin with. After they contacted me about the position being available again they ghosted me ONCE AGAIN! What reputable company or agency does that!???
