i just went in for my first appointment for my PC build. I came in with minimal knowledge on building PCs/parts, and he explained everything to me in a clear, concise, easy to understand way. I had many questions and he answered them all throughly, assuring i understood each step of the process. He price matches all parts and works with you and your budget. We came up with multiple drafts of different builds and he was extremely patient and willing to explore all options. Overall he was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and budget friendly. I was initially nervous and wasn’t sure if I would go with a custom pc as it is intimidating, but after just 1 appointment I could not recommend literally anyone else. I’m beyond excited to go back and see my finished product!

Jason, the owner, was very helpful and patient with a simple computer problem that I had. I am very interested in other services that the business offers in the areas of website and google set up for exposure on the internet. Jason is a person who makes the hard seem easy and does not put you down if you are not a computer guru.

Genuine, honest, pleasant, professional and understanding. I had gotten my pc build by a company in Utah and it was becoming a pain to keep sending it off and waiting, I had wanted to get 2 drives to add to my pc and was recommended to this place by my friend from middle school. Justin was really kind and honest. He told me the pros and cons of what they did to my build, and what they didn’t do and should have done. He worked with me to try and figure out the best course of action going forward for my computer as they seemed to have rushed and not taken the proper care for it as they should have. He laid it all out on the table for me and helped me understand what was going on. He educated me on everything without being harsh or mean but honest. He was even so kind to allow me as a walk in as he knew I was desperately trying to get help. I’m going to this place only going forward. The professionalism was top notch, they made me laugh a lot, and they were willing to help me compromise. Will highly recommend

I went and purchased a pc from BuildRedux just to find out I got cheated out on so many things Justin was nice enough to help me fix my problems don't buy anything online just come here to him and he will hook you up trust give him a chance and you will be blessed!

One of the best places to go to if you need something fixed, the main guy there is one of the best people you could ever meet, you can honestly tell that he's not there for the sake of charging you the newest thing and taking your money, he will give you actual advice on what to get via what your budget it and what your needs can work best with, he's patient, he's apologetic and overall you can tell that he's good at what he does. trust me you're getting your money's worth

Nice of you to automatically assume that im being a "hater" over one little thing. Yet there are plenty of other places i can choose too look at since you can't handle suggestions. I have the upmost respect and appreciation for Inos Computers. They handled my two visits with professionalism and did the best they could to ensure that i got what I needed, and also gave me information, aswell as the best prices around. I am most definitely a locked in customer and am going to refer all my friends and family to them.

I had an issue where my computer was over heating and I wanted to switch to an aio cooler. After a lot of attempts and just trying to figure it out myself. I called Justin to see if you could help me out if I brought my computer in. Ended up returning my aio cooler that I had bought because I was told it would fit my case. It didn’t. We ended up going to a bigger case which I fell in love with. Doubled my cooling insanely with a dual aio cooler that was even a better brand. Three new fans on the case. Cleaned everything out and taught me a lot of knowledge and made sure everything ran correctly. My computer stays at an all time low temp. It’s been an awesome experience. Him taking me last second was awesome. Highly recommend Justin at Inos. Very professional and will be straight up with you about everything. He won’t just tell you, he will educate you on it and plus. He has the experience to back it up. I highly highly recommend coming here. I am 110% coming back for the next build I want in a couple of months.
