A great option for military travelers. Super clean and well managed. Excellent daily housekeeping! King size beds would make this an excellent choice.
Stayed on base for a total of 3 nights. Was convenient as Joint Base Charleston (USAF side) is co-located with Charleston Int. Airport. Newer facility with plenty of rooms and of course price was very affordable for the quality of room. Liked it so much I would like to return to further explore the beautiful city of Charleston or consider taking a hop to Germany (Ramstein AFB) from their AMC terminal. They also have 2 golf courses and plenty of recreational areas on base. Exchange and Commisary are available. Highly recommend!
For the price of $150/night, I would have expected room service to even come by and swap towels or collect trash. I have been here for 8 days, with a please service tag hanging on my door for most of it. Just saying, cheaper to stay off base, and you'll probably get better service.
$150 the night they have no doble bed, so I had to get an inflatable bed,I had to keep blowing it up so that was uncomfortable and it was a twin size that they gave me. Also, they have no room service. There are no phones in the room, so you can't call the front desk unless it's from your phone. Also, you have to go get it the stuff that you need because they don't bring it to you. The mirror was dirty, and the night crew at the front desk there were on the phones they didn't say hi or anything and when check in there was no smile or welcome to the hotel nothing it was just straight to the point we have this you want it bad experience and very expensive for what you get and the coffee shop was close
Poor service! Had to reuse towels, never came to clean the room during our 4 day stay. Rooms ot all that.
Always a great experience and friendly staff. Check in and out within minutes. My go to place to stay. Price is slightly higher than other hotels. However, you cannot put a price tag on a clean, safe and quiet stay.
Save your money. Twice the price of local hotels for a musty room that made me afraid to put my feet down on the carpet, tho' the air filter in the closet was appreciated (apparently there have been previous complaints).
Good customer service, pretty good location. I’m only giving it a 2 because I’m thankful these services are offered. We have stayed at many different military lodgings and this by far was the most filthy. My husband and I are sad to say that the cleanliness of the room was awful. The floors had clearly not been vacuumed and the bathroom was filthy. I mean completely piling of dirt that has been neglected for long periods of time. There was also still trash left in the room upon our arrival. Perhaps a new cleaning crew should be in order. I would not stay at this location again:(. I went to the exchange And bought my own cleaning supplies, came back and cleaned it myself. Including dousing the place with Lysol. I was not happy about spending my time cleaning the room. The sheets seemed clean on a good note:).

Shady, spacious sites with concrete pad. Camp host was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Military campground, but any veteran can make reservation.
Its always fun to visit a military BX, having been retired since '98, so when we make the 3-1/2 hour drive to Charleston, we always make time to visit the BX & commissary. Prices are great, but I think I created a monster in my wife, but when in Ro
