Innovations was great at installing and setting up our phones recently at our office. They made it so simple and easy that there wasn't much for me to do and she trained all my staff to help them.

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. I called Innovations in Technology when an old employer was on the look for a break-fix IT firm to hire. When I called, the team was incredibly professional, timely, and helpful. The company I was working for was dealing with an Active Directory issue at the time and still under contract with a competitor of Innovations who was doing an incredibly poor job at resolving our issue(s). Innovations provided us with free hands-on support and resolved the issue within a few hours. When I requested a service agreement and pricing to review their turnaround time was awesome, communication was clear and their contract/pricing was straightforward. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who needs IT support.

The customer service we receive from IIT is simply outstanding. I've called on weekends, at night, early mornings and I always get a prompt reply. They keep our systems up to date and help with our cybersecurity as well. They also helped us install a new phone system right as COVID hit that enabled us to answer our business phones remotely. I can't say enough good things about Elinore, Karl and their staff.
