I had developed serious problems with my Dell Inspiron purchased January 2017. Although I had McAfee installed, my computer had developed a serious problem with Malware on it. The computer was too far infected and unusable, so Windows had to be reinstalled. They were able to fully remove the Malware, save my private files, fully reinstall Windows and all the programs that were needed. Communication with the Technician was very pleasant and professional. I have since removed McAfee since that program and communicating with their technicians was of no use. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done and will be recommending this company to family, friends and associates.
