Staying at Inn on The Hill was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, Mary Ellen, the owner, welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we immediately felt at home. The inn itself is incredibly charming, with a cozy and cute atmosphere that makes it the perfect retreat. The location couldn’t be better—nestled in the heart of Lake George, it was easy to explore all the local attractions. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable haven after a day of adventure. The cleaning staff were also amazing, always friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was immaculate. Inn on The Hill is a gem in Lake George, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

My husband and I stayed at The Inn on the hill from Aug 4-7. We met a very pleasant woman who checked us in and gave us our key. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. We had a room on the second floor, which had a very nice view of the lake. We parked in the back since that is how you get access to the second floor. The room (#16) we had was a king size bed. Very clean bathroom with a Shower with great water pressure. There is a pool however we did not use it, but it was very clean and very well maintained. The trolley goes by every 20 minutes, which is very convenient, especially if you don’t want to park downtown. For $1.00 if you are 60 or older, make sure you ask for the senior discount which is only 50 cents. We were very happy with our stay at the Inn on the Hill

Bel endroit bien entretenue. Les matelas sont confortables avec plusieurs choix d’oreillers. Chambre 107, salle de bain refait à neuf. La qualité de l’eau de la piscine était très bien. Je recommande.

Cute, cozy & clean! Our room was very nice, and extremely clean. Lake view across the street, and a nice outdoor pool(big plus for our son!). We would definitely stay here again :)

Positive: The room overlooks the lake. The people who run It are very nice people. Negative: Just the curtain was ripped.

Excellent value! Our room was newly remodeled with all new furniture, comfortable bed and was very clean. The woman who checked us in was the owner and was extremely friendly! The outdoor pool looked beautiful, though we did not have an opportunity to use it. Highly recommend this motel!

This place has always been great! I have stayed here with my mom a few times. This time I was not completely happy with the room we stayed in a 2 bedroom "suite" . It was basically 2 rooms connected with a bathroom in the middle in addition we also booked the room next door for other family. The Moisture in my room was awful everything felt wet at all times my clothes the bed it smelled very musty. Ironically the room in the other half of the "suite" was not like that my sister was not having the "moist" issue, also the room we booked just next door also did not have the moisture issue it only seemed to be the room my mother and I shared?? Maybe need a dehumidifier in there not sure. The staff here is great and Maryellen the owner is wonderful. I also did not bring this to her attention while there (my bad) . In the end I would Definitely stay here again and look forward to it, just not in that room.

Positive: The location was good and the room was clean. We got the lake view. It is not like you will have a good view of the lake from the lake view room. But, if the weather permits, you will see a beautiful sunrise. Negative: "" Negative: ""
