Inn On The Green Florida - Hotel in Tavares - 700 E Burleigh Blvd, USA

The room is spacious for me +1 with a kitchenette but no medium size fridge to actually groceries, " only small room size fridge". Big bathroom and no bugs. Only problem is, if you have guest over and want to swim they have to pay $5 per person.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Leesburg Bike Fest. We were more than impressed, very friendly staff who were more than accommodating and the room was very nice too. Ice cold AC and super hot showers. They even gave us a cut little goodie bag. The osprey nests out by the pool were fun to watch as well. Will definitely book here again next year!

Nice for economics, but needs some improvement. The staff were genuinely sincere very kind and extremely helpful. We were there while waiting for our apartment to be move in ready. The cleanliness of the rooms could be better. We had to change rooms because our dog was disturbing the guests next to us. The first room wasn’t too bad, the second one had a terrible odor almost moldy. I cleaned the room before putting our things in it. We needed an extra two days, but the cost for individual days was too high and we ended up leaving to stay at a higher end hotel for less money. My husband was also barged in on by maintenance while he was undressing. This was in order to change phones which could have been done after we checked out. So some security issues. On top of the embarrassment he was also angry because if we weren’t there they would have gone in our room despite the dog barking and the do not disturb sign on the door. Our dog could have run away and who knows about the security of our belongings. The laundry area needs to be maintained as well, ie lint filters cleaned, washers wiped down and cleaned from time to time. The water pressure in the showers also not good, temperature of water varies on time of day. I hope to never have to stay there again, will not recommend. Cleanliness and security need to have marked improvement. I wish I’d just spent a little more overall for a week in a nicer hotel. You certainly get what you pay for.

Staff was amazing too me. I lived here for about a year. And they even celebrated mt birthday with me. I was 12 at the time and now im about to go into my first year of highschool. They are really the sweetest!! Miss you guys

I went to a Boat Show & needed to stay in a decent hotel. My budget was tight, I found this hotel on Google. It was very clean & comfortable, the room was quiet & my rest was great!!! The pool was nice & clean. The staff was awesome & very professional. I will definitely stay here again. For the price it is awesome.

Do yourself a favor and go to the YMCA, at least they treat guests with a modicum of respect. It starts with the rude lady at front desk. It gets really bad when you meet the toothless manager with the hot pink scrubs. She runs around barking at everyone while at the same time never missing a beat to someone on the phone. Is it any wonder the clientele mostly looks like they want to chop your head off with a machete. Kids running around unsupervised screaming. Thick dust bunnies in room. And the stench smells like powdery flowers trying to cover up BO.

My wife and I were visiting the area and stayed at the Inn for a couple of days. Service was amazing and staff was very friendly. Cleanliness in the rooms made an impression on my wife. All around we enjoyed our stay

We booked a non refundable reservation for 2 nights for the wooden boat show, and confirmed 2 days before arrival. When we got there they had us booked for a smoking room. that was not optioned in the booking. took forever for the clerk to find a non smoking room, then another long interlude then told the room was on the 2nd floor. Knee problems preclude climbing stairs. Another long wait before we were finally assigned a room with a king sized bed. Now the room. When we went in there were 2 wet spots on the floor. To prevent a slip I took a hand towel and wiped up the water. When I looked at the towel it was black with dirt. Moving on, When I turned on the light in the bathroom, the exhaust fan made such a rachet It was hard to stay in there. Then there was the mattress! let's just say it was way past it's "use by" date. And we had to ask for more pillows, which they had. All in all the experience was one I hope never to repeat, and definitely not at this property.
