We stayed at the Inn this past week for 3 nights for our anniversary. The ladies working the inn were fantastic. The breakfast were delicious especially the bananas foster pancakes we got to make ourselves on the built in griddle on the table. We stayed in the mermaid room and it was so perfect. The bed was super comfy. And the room was decorated beautifully to match the theme. Every evening we were greeted with sangrias that were so yummy! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Loved our stay in The Flamingo Room. Our hosts so welcoming. Carol made wonderful breakfasts for us and we enjoyed the afternoon Sangria , sipping from the comfort of our balcony taking a break from the summer heat. Perfect location and view of Flagler Ave. Short walk to the beach. Perfect location to the many boutiques and restaurants. Each room unique and tastefully decorated. We look forward to our next visit.
We booked there to do the wine tasting on Saturday to meet with friends that I haven’t been with in a long time. My girlfriend and I were thrilled with the place. It was so clean, friendly and charming. We had a fabulous time they made breakfast that was outstanding. Carol was our host and she made so much of the place it made us feel like we were part of the home, the people I should say the guest that we met all of them are wonderful and friendly. We look forward to returning to this charming place. The rooms were spacious. The beds were so comfortable bravo !!!
My husband and I stayed there over Memorial Day weekend. We had never stayed in a B & B before. I am so glad we did. First of all, Carol and Angie were great. Friendly and welcoming and so good to talk to. The breakfast, each day, was delicious. I loved the "griddle table" . The interior of our room was bright and beachy. The bed was so comfortable.Very pretty. We were on the upper floor and our room opened to the porch. Great for people watching. I liked talking with the other lodgers. All in all, this was great weekend trip. I would definitely stay again. Thank you
We had a most pleasant experience at Inn on the Ave. Our room was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the porch! Being right on Flagler you couldn't ask for a better location. Oh, and breakfast was AWESOME! Our hostess', Angie and Carol made our stay very comfortable.
Seriously the cutest place on the planet!!!!! You can tell they took a lot of time decorating the place.. beds were super comfy, the breakfast was phenomenal, best eggs Benedict hands down. The place was walking distance to all the restaurants/bars and beach. The best part were the sweetest ladies running the place! They were very personable with such great energy! I would 1,000% recommend staying here if you’re visiting new symerna!!!!
Very clean, cozy location. Our first visit and we plan to return. This is not a criticism, but if you don't like very soft mattresses, the Coral room is such, you might want to ask if another room has firmer option. The breakfast was delicious.
Perfect location, walking distance to pretty much everything including the beach. Carole and Angie were very accommodating and sweet. They went above and beyond expectations and made us really enjoy our visit. Breakfast was phenomenal and we even took some recipes home with us. Will definitely be back soon!

Keith was a phenomenal instructor. Had awesome communication throughout and was super accommodating with my schedule. I had a trip coming up that I wanted to go diving on and he helped me get certified in time for it. His teaching was very thorough.
So delicious! The beignets were pillowy pockets, hot, fresh and covered in powdered sugar. The waffles were fluffy and great flavor. Everyone enjoyed their meal and itâs a great local atmosphere!
Great food and atmosphere! Our server, Candace, was super friendly and attentive! The Mexican street corn and the chimichurri shrimp rice bowl was delicious! We had a friendly visit from one of the Flagler roosters as well!

Wow this beach was really nice. Accessible from downtown Orlando. Visitors can park their car on the sand. Water was extremely pure. Seawaves are enough for surfing.
