Inn of America - Palm Beach Gardens - Hotel in Palm Beach Gardens - 4123 Northlake Blvd, USA

Since I was homeless, I decided to take a stay here. The location was pretty nice since It was at the near centre of Palm Beach Gardens. When I entered the front desk however, the lady was nice but then I went In the room. It was like a smoky vomit-like smell came and punched me In the face, most likely because of the carpeted room but that’s not all. I swear that I saw some cigarette burn patches on the sheets. I then tried to turn on the TV but It didn’t turn on, I even replaced the batteries! I found out that that remote was broken and I have to come down to the front desk. I used the elevator (Which was smelly) and I found a small mold spot near the corner which was probably the source of the smell. I opened the door and I asked the lady to replace the remote. She gave me a sassy attitude and did so. I then went back to my room and spent the night. However, when I woke up and saw the bathroom, It was also dusty. When I opened the shower, the shower head barely shot out water, I pulled the shower control thingy and suprise-suprise, It broke off! I had to call the repair service who gave me a slight dirty look. After the repair, I used the microwave which had a roach at the top of the microwave and I found another one lurking around the sheets. I called service which sprayed some anti-roach liquid around the room. The lights were turning off randomly for no reason at all. I then checked out of the motel. This experience was not what I expected but at least It’s better than the motel six.

I was looking for a hotel along I-95 for a good price and location. This was it. Set back a block from the main street and I-95, it was a tad hard to find but tucked away in a nice compound with very little street noise. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The receptionist said it was remodeled two years ago and it is in great shape. Pool is nice, plenty of parking and the outside areas were in good shape and clean (no trash, etc.). No breakfast but free coffee in the lobby. I would stay there again. Within a few hundred feet is a small grocery store, a liquor store, a gas station and McDonalds! A winning combo.

We first got there and the night was amazing, till we woke and and realized the bed was infested with bed bugs, there’s roaches everywhere and on the head board of the bed. She wouldn’t give us a refund and assumed we stole her dirty towels and blankets that are infested with bed bugs, and took an extra $50 because of her assumption. The lady with the grey hair is terrible and should be put out her job or whatever she feels like it is.

This place is a hidden gem.||I am a veteran and I’m going through some therapies at the West Palm Beach VA located about a mile away||The rooms are very clean and they compare very similarly to the higher priced hotels like the Holiday Inn express and the Hampton Inn - just those hotels can be up to three times as much for one night ||The staff here is very personable and they do a great job ||I know this is much different from the Jupiter beach resort, just you can spend a week here for the cost of one night…||And it’s entertaining 🙏

Positive: Nothing at all. Negative: The hotel room was horrible. All of the light fixtures were rusted. The bathroom had mold on ceiling and door would not latch or stay shut. It was way over priced. Negative: ""

Horrible. Booked for 2 nights due to the price. However, the 2nd night there the roaches came out. One was on top of the refrigerator. The other was on the bed. Room had a musky odor. The 1 star is for the comfortable bed the 1st night. Will never stay here again. This motel needs to get an exterminator!

This was horrible from the beginning we arrived and was told there was no room service so don’t expect to get extra sheets or pillows I reserved a nonsmoking room I did not get that accommodation I went down and let front desk manager know I will not be staying. Dirty sheets on bed and pillow case horrible experience do go there AND THERE WAS HELLA SARDINES IN THE ROOM also maggots

This hotel was disgusting. I had to rush and book a night online & when I checked in, it was just awful. Roaches in the tub, people screaming and fighting all night. Reeks of cigarettes in the room even though it was non smoking. Definitely not worth what was spent. Do not book here. Save your time. I’ll never be back
