After reading all of the reviews about Marianna we decided to back track after picking up something to eat. There is nothing around the Inn Express. At 1st we didn't know what to expect. Reviews were good but there were only 3 cars in the parking lot and the place is huge. Small office has a phone outside to call the manager, who was prompt and nice. The room was very nice and comfortable. Good bed and pillows. Clean. Plenty of hot water but it just took awhile to get there, being the place is so big, I guess. Good wifi connection. Flat screen TV with pretty good reception. Screen would pixelate more than I would have liked. Quiet, but then no one was there on a Sunday evening.
There are new owners and this place is really becoming a great place!! A lot changes are happening and will continue to happen as the growth of this business becomes more and more successful. Come check them out they kind and helpful owners and staff!! Rooms are remodeled and being remodeled. It’s clean and a reasonable priced place to stay with a beautiful view of the sunset!!!!
Newly renovated, beautiful, spotless rooms! Literally everything in my room was brand new & immaculate. Please, help keep it nice, they have done a great job with the renovations... don't eat in the bed, don't eat on the chair, use coasters, rinse out dishes, don't drop food all over the floor, empty trash regularly, don't leave food laying out everywhere overnight, etc. Doing our part as decent guests will logically help keep these places nice, clean, & pleasant to stay at. 100% smoke-free property, all non-smoking rooms, my room smelled great! Floors are new, I can actually walk barefoot in this room! Super clean. The owners are absolutely wonderful, very helpful, & generous! I would definitely stay again!
I found myself stranded with an out of commission vehicle and was towed to this hotel. This being as close to the recent hurricane damaged area as possible, I was 'extremely' lucky to get a room. ||||I was told they recently renovated - well, they absolutely did not disappoint. This place is very nice. I have paid WAY more and got less than what I found here. The room is quite clean and well decorated, the beds/pillows/linen fresh and clean. ||||The outside does not do justice to the inside. I was Very pleasantly surprised.
Clean and comfy room. Very reasonable price. Most importantly the most caring and accommodating staff anywhere. They helped us when we were in a tough situation and made sure we had a safe place to stay when the road conditions and weather were horrible. Wish I could give them 10 stars. Best hotel experience ever!
We were worried when we drove up to this motel. We were there for one night to visit our daughter and had booked online. The outside looked old and rundown but to our surprise when we opened the door it was awesome. Hardwood floors clean and, new. The bedding was clean and fresh. This place is a diamond in the rough. We met the owners, a couple who is living their dream of owning this motel and working hard to renovate each room. They only rent the renovated rooms and they are nice and comfortable. We will definitely be back.
This little place is not too shabby despite its appearance! The rooms were clean the sheets were nice and clean, comfy bed and and updated, the gentlemen behind the desk was very friendly and helpful and it looks like they are doing more work to update this place. My only complaint (at no fault of the hotel) there is NOTHING except a gas staion around for 20 miles!
Stop here. This place will surprise you. This motel is for those passing through that need a safe and clean place to rest. I’ve always believed in only leaving reviews that made a serious impression on me. This place did. My boyfriend and I arrived at 1am, tired and ready to crash from driving. We couldn’t make it to Pensacola. After forever searching through reviews and I said let’s try this place. It did not disappoint. The women who checked me in was very polite. ||||This is a NO FRILLS BUDGET FRIENDLY PLACE. Keep on trucking if you’re expecting expensive amenities. I felt safe and immediately walking into the room it just felt clean and relaxing. I had a very nice size fridge that I didn’t need but was clean. Sheets and bed were clean and comfortable. Tv worked and so did the remote. Bathroom, guess what... CLEAN. No pubes, no roaches, no dirt. Genuinely clean. Let’s just say I’d feel comfortable walking around and going to shower without needing my glasses to ‘avoid’ the sketchy parts. ||||This motel is easy accessible. We had a trailer and driving a Ram 1500 and I felt it was safe and secure. Plenty of room to park. It’s not visible and feels like it’s tucked away. I like it. ||||I will not hesitate ever coming here again. I loathe staying in hotels or motels. This place I trust. I just wish more places were like this place.
