Inn At Woodhaven - Featured Reviews (485)
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at The Inn at Woodhaven for two nights to celebrate our 3-year wedding anniversary, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Jeremy and Mark were the perfect hosts. Jeremy welcomed us with a tour of the property, sharing fascinating details about the history and architecture of the house. He pointed out the original features and the impressive renovations they've done, beautifully blending the period style with modern comforts.
We stayed in the Garden Room, which was quaintly decorated and featured a luxurious tub – a perfect touch of indulgence. The attention to detail in maintaining the charm of the house while ensuring modern amenities did not go unnoticed. The living room offered complimentary drinks and cookies, making us feel right at home.
One of the highlights of our stay was the in-room massages provided by Tammy, a local therapist. We booked in advance, and Tammy gave us back-to-back massages, adding a layer of relaxation to our stay that we deeply appreciated.
Being vegetarians, we were thrilled with how Mark accommodated our dietary needs for both breakfast and the tea time we ordered to our room. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable.
Overall, our stay at The Inn at Woodhaven was everything we hoped for and more. We highly recommend this B&B and look forward to returning in the future.
My husband and I spent two nights in this beautifully exquisite inn. All we could do was oooh and ahhh for several minutes as we looked around. It was pure joy to be there. We were in the Garden Suite which had two very spacious rooms complete with a large bathtub with jets, a fireplace/mantle in each room, and a luxurious bed. We slept so well. Outside our room was a large gathering space for reading, games, relaxing, etc. It was equally beautiful and elegant. The breakfast menu had wonderfully southern offerings and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts there. The kitchen was right off the dining room and the two very kind and friendly owners didn't seem to mind our poking our heads in to take a look and chat a minute. It was the best BnB breakfast we have had thus far. |In addition to all the above, there was also a large and lovely living room, finely furnished for the weary traveler to relax in and a large back porch for just sitting and reading. Lovely in every way, I can't imagine a finer and more enjoyable experience. We will definitely return on our next trip to Louisville. Thanks Mark and Jeremy!
We celebrated my wife's birthday with our dear friends at the Inn at Woodhaven. We found the accommodations outstanding and the service impeccable. Jeremy and Mark go out of their way to make you feel at home and welcome. Their attention to the smallest of details makes this a remarkable experience. We have been fortunate to stay at several great B&B's over the years and the Woodhaven is in a class all by itself. Be sure to have Jeremy make you one of his famous Old Fashions'. It is an excellent way to commence your pilgrimage to bourbon heaven!
My husband and I stayed for our 20th anniversary in the rose cottage, we loved and had a great time. This inn is just beautiful and Jeremy and Mark were so accommodating and gave us great info for the bourbon trails. The breakfast was awesome and so delicious. I loved being able to pick the time and also what you wanted to eat off the menu of many delicious choices. A plus was the hot tub in a private area, which we used everyday after our bourbon trips. We plan to return every year for our anniversary. This Inn is on the top of my b&b stays. My husband loved Jeremy’s old fashion he made. Keep up the great work!!!
Had been to the Inn 7 years ago and heard great things about the new Hosts of the Inn, so decided to go back. New hosts/owners of the Inn are wonderful. We were met at the front door, given a tour of the whole property and the history within the home. Marks homemade coffee cake and breakfast were excellent and Jeremy made sure we had everything we needed. These new owners have made many needed updates and touches to the Inn that were needed. What a wonderful experience and place to stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jeremy and Mark for sharing your home!
My wife and I travel through the summer months and look for exceptional B&Bs to stay in. Well we found an outstanding one, The Inn at Woodhaven. From the minute we arrived we felt special with Jeremy showing us around and explaining the wonderful history of the Inn. Then to our cottage which was amazing and pet-friendly on top of it. It was real luxurious throughout and the bed was a 10. On top of that the breakfast was delicious with menu choices that make your mouth water. Whenever in Louisville Kentucky, we will definitely stay at the Inn at Woodhaven.

We stayed at the Inn for my husbands birthday trip to the Bourbon Trail. Jeremy and Mark were amazing hosts the entire 3 day stay. Jeremy met us when we arrived and showed us the property and made sure we knew where everything was (including the homemade cookies).
The bathrooms were updated and offered us plush bathrobes. The daily breakfast was so good and fresh (get the omelet!).
Thanks, Jeremy and Mark and we cannot wait to come visit again!
This is a fantastic bed and breakfast! The rooms are crazy clean and decorated so tastefully! The breakfast is marvelous! The proprietors are on site and they know exactly what you need to make your stay the best. We won't stay anywhere else when we visit Louisville!
Allen warmly greeted us at the door, immediately creating a welcoming atmosphere. The mansion itself is stunning, and every aspect of our stay was carefully considered. Each space is not only inviting but also well-appointed and spotless. We chose th
Beautiful home on an amazing street filled with historic houses, close to amazing places to eat dinner. The rooms are gigantic and full of character. If you need a place to stay in Louisville look no further than DuPont!
A family obligation brought my partner and me to Louisville during the snowiest part of January, but because we had the great fortune to stay at Tucker House, what might have been an ordeal turned out to be a wonderful, magical experience that neithe
