This was a top memorable stay of my travelogues! I’ve traveled to 70 countries and Inn at Pinnacles will always bring a smile to my face when I think of our time there. ||The West entrance to the park is about 5 minutes away by car. The grounds are stunning with beautiful rooms that have everything one needs for a beautiful escape! ||Please be prepared to bring groceries so you can utilize the grill on the deck. There are not many restaurants around and it’s about a 30 minute drive to get food. Our time here was incredible and we had the whole place to ourselves. We enjoyed the pool, wine on the terrace and fabulous home cooked meals. Thank you Krissy for the magical stay!
I’ll start with the positives. It is super close to the Pinnacles National Park. It is only 10 miles away from the west entrance of the park. It is a very quiet location. The rooms are spacious and the inside of the rooms are clean. Now for the negatives: there is zero cell reception on the property unless you have Verizon. The office was closed most of the time so it’s hard to let them know when you need something. They ask you to text them when you need something but you can only text off the property about 20 minutes off away. They leave “breakfast” in your room the first night which includes coffee, OJ, milk, danish, banana and orange. The second night we only got overly sweet danishes. It was more like donuts, we got a bear claw and a Cinnabon roll. We asked for a different breakfast for the last morning like yogurt, eggs, or fruit. They said no to our request. They stated that they provided guest with a list of breakfast items they provide beforehand and that we must have overlooked it. I included the messages and emails as reference. We are healthy people that like to hike and eat healthy food hence why we stayed next to the national park. We paid $1,200 for 3 nights but the service and breakfast were awful. We ended up buying food/ breakfast for the last day. Best Western provides a better breakfast than this so called bed and breakfast. The owner kept making excuses that she was ill and had a family member take over the inn. Well we paid for a service and expect quality. Here the costumer is not always right. I read a previous customer experience and they had a similar situation where they only got breakfast on the first day.
What a little gem close to the west entrance of the Pinnacles National Park..literally less than 10 mins drive. The location is so gorgeous amongst acres of vineyard! Perfect getaway from the city noice and lights. The room was perfect ..comfortable bed, kitchen stocked with everything you need. Attention to detail was so much appreciated!! Beautiful sunset and sunrise and after a long hike to come to a place like this and be served wine and cheese was a treat! We will be back many many times! Thank you Jan and John and Krissy and stripe for making our stay so memorable!
We were visiting Pinnacles National Park over Memorial day weekend and we were glad to have chosen this Inn. Only 1.5 miles from the west entrance of Pinnacles NP, you can afford to sleep in and still get to the park before 9 am for the coveted parking closest to the trails. Not only was the location great, but it is in the middle of a 160 acre vineyard so it is peaceful, serene, and from our rooms we have the view of the valley and the vineyards. Every room has a jacuzzi tub, which soothed our muscles after a long day of hiking. We BBQ'ed on our private patio. Everything was provided by the host so we didn't have to pack anything besides the food we want to cook. A lovely basket of continental breakfast (juice, milk, croissants and jam, muffins, banana, yogurt) was available each day, and the complimentary wine and cheese socials hosted by the owners allowed guests to socialize. The saline swimming pool was great, and we also enjoyed our spacious room with luxurious bedding and toiletries. The hosts were gracious and answered our every needs.
The location is perfect for visiting Pinnacles National Park and that is why we chose it. The drain in the bathroom was slow and took forever to clear. (yuck) The back patio was not clean and the mat by the back door was not clean at all. Windows out to the front seemed like they had not been washed in ages. No gourmet breakfast as pictured (and should be a nice breakfast for paying over $300/room per night. Continental breakfast left in room on arrival but nothing for the second night...found out had to ask for it but we were not told that on check in. Had wine one night which was nice. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. Check in was in their kitchen which was pretty much cluttered. Enjoyed the long horn bulls and the three sheep. Vineyards were beautiful and had a nice stroll around the grounds. Stated in the website there were trails to hike, but it was just a small dirt road around the vineyards...10 mins stroll. Would not consider it a good value for your money, but the best place to stay near the West entrance of Pinnacles. No restaurants nearby so you need to bring food for you dinner. Covid was on a decline and when we stayed and they could have easily had a nice breakfast served.
Inn at the Pinnacles, which is located in the middle of a winery and just a short drive from the west entrance of Pinnacles National Park, is a perfect hideaway for when you simply want to get away from it all. Each suite has its own entry, a small kitchenette, and access to the common areas, which are thoroughly relaxing. Each night during our stay, our hosts, Jan and Jon, held a wine tasting. On Saturday night, we had the privilege of tasting the wines from their winery. Suites are comfortably furnished and the kitchenettes fully appointed with a few cooking utensils as well as dishes. This might not be for everyone, however, because you must either bring your own food or drive 25 minutes into town. Also, the only TV is in the great room in the main house. If you're looking for peace and quiet and easy access to Pinnacles, you won't find a better option.
If one is looking for comfortable accommodations in proximity of the west entrance to Pinnacles Park then this is the place. Jan and Jon are gracious hosts and make the stay very pleasant, especially with the afternoon social with wine and various snacks. Here, the visitors gather and give tales of their experiences at the park. Some rooms have Jacuzzi jet baths which really help one to unwind after a long day on the trail. The star gazing at night is also a plus. All in all a great place to stay.
We recently stayed in the Manzanita Suite and loved it. The setting is beautiful, very quiet and relaxing with great views. The Brosseaus are very welcoming and do a great job even with the pandemic restrictions. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends. It is very close to the West entrance of Pinnacles National Park and convenient even when going to the East side as well. Overall a good find and a pleasant place to stay! You do need to consider your evening dining plans however as they are limited in Soledad as well as for grocery options. King City has a Safeway grocery/deli and there were a number of decent Mexican restaurants there. We found La Potranca de Jalisco has delicious burritos! Other than being prepared about your evening meal plans, this place is a perfect place to stay when visiting the Park.

This lil gem is inside the market! Service is walk up to the counter and order. They were super nice and quick! He got the Super burrito with carne asada - it was full and scrumptious! I ate the poblano pepper than came with his meal. It was grilled
Soledad has needed more restaurant diversity and we are lucky to have this amazing Asian fusion place. The owners and staff are really friendly people and their menu is legit. I've been hooked on the fried Gorilla roll with jalapenos but they have a
